I don't think their ages have been posted but I suspect they're actually quite young. Early twenties max. They work wageslave jobs with probably obscene hours and have spent their entire lives breathing, eating and drinking industrial pollution so I think everybody who lives on the surface is physically wearing out long before their time.

Blue Blood is fuel and Blue Blood is made from some kind of contaminant/virus that converts regular blood to blue blood

The rich people up above intentionally spread the contaminants/virus among the poor people that lives at the surface and then harvest said blood for fuel. Blue Lung Disease is just one of the side effects and that's why we see people frequently coughing up blue blood

If this is the case, it adds a bit of twist to Guinevere's own existence where she lives or is fueled through the suffering and death of people, and if the "Knights" want to protect Guinevere and keep her alive, they have to let people die and allow her to be fueled with blue blood.

The only way to stop Guinevere's suffering is allowing her to die, which Olivia had consistently tried to prevent by fixing her.

This show is actually pretty good. Some weird pacing/writing here and there but it wasn't edgelord as much as Murder Drones was and wasn't ADHD mind numbing shit like Gaslight District was. It's a little below Digital Circus for me. It was sweeter and cuter than I expected it to be aside from the obvious dark nature of it all. My only gripe is that I feel like they curse way too much. Normally that wouldn't be a problem for me but it feels forced here. The word "shit" is said so many times for no reason and it's like they want to remind you it's mature even though it already is.

Yeah the dialogue just doesn't flow naturally enough, everyone talks like they're reading from a script way too often. Sometimes the characters need to have some form of Family guy's bantz or tarantino-ism to make the conversation flow better, so the swearing could blend in more smoothly and not stick out like a sore thumb. My current headcanon theory is she is Olivia's mom as the teaser interview mentioned Evangelion as an inspiration.
I think that Olivia's mom is actually still "alive" somewhere deep in the park, but her mind has been connected to all the Gwens as her original foundation. It's the first episode, this sort of thing is almost assuredly going to become a major focus but the show appears to in part be a mystery and revealing everything about Gwen right off the bat would ruin a significant amount of that. It started mundane, and by the end the characters are thrown into a crazy situation with Gwen literally recovering her memories and getting restored at the end.

There is absolutely no way it's going to remain wageslave crap, this was just establishing the world and setting, laying the foundation for the story which is now in high gear.
