If I were Millie and I had fucked Blitzo and then got pregnant, I wouldn’t even be that concerned about getting caught. Millie definitely fucks Moxxie on the regular, probably more often than she would fuck a secret affair that she would need to hide. So there would still be a high chance Moxxie is the father. But even if he wasn’t, Blitzo is still an imp. And Millie and her family look a lot like Moxxie. An imp baby that takes after Millie and Blitzo isn’t gonna come out looking like it’s too obviously not Moxxie’s. It’d probably take a few years before it’d start getting suspiciously tall, and Millie could just make up a distant uncle who happens to look like Blitzo and say the kid must take after that part of her family.
