It is really hard to find Omnidock defenders that will have an honest conversation.
Most of the time it is just bait, but there are some that legitimately hate Dragon Ball characters too.
The episode has a lot of issues with shoving calcs everywhere, but not applying the principles used in a consistent manner.
Like in particular there is using gravity explanations for Viltrum's size (Moons, Roche Limit), but not applying it for the Sundisk.
That's not to say Bardock gets off scot free either, Namek trip and King Vegeta scenes are extreme outliers (and King Vegeta triple planet thing is honestly just a bad scene to apply objective scale to).

So the scene it comes from is kinda dubious in nature.
It is from episode 86 of DBZ and is basically Vegeta having a flash of thoughts regarding Saiyans and Frieza.
There's no narration, but it is hard to justify that it is all literal.
It starts with Kid Vegeta destroying an alien with a blast, zoom out to show King Vegeta and co, zoom out to planet destructions, scene transition to adult Vegeta and King Vegeta laughing in front of blue flames, scene transition to Frieza laughing with hands around Namek, then Frieza killing King Vegeta, and laughing at the destruction of Planet Vegeta.
Some of these things are real, some are obviously metaphorical, but the KV destroying planets feels like it could go in either column.
I lean towards the latter category since the scene as a whole is Frieza centric and it doesn't align with the level of effort Vegeta was displaying with his Galick Gun on Earth.
Nor does it make sense with regards to Frieza destroying Planet Vegeta and it needing more time (if still casual).
I also just play by the rule that unless otherwise stated, planets in fiction are Earth sized (calcs that involve pixel measurement or incomplete applications of physics are annoying).

Prior to the Cold Empire taking dominion of the Saiyans, they are characterized more along the lines of being raider/invaders.
After that point they are underlings in the planet trade business. Of course Toeigeta destroys Arlia, but he was set on rebelling against Frieza at that point (he knew about the Dragon Balls).
