Yeah it's super shitty. Under the old system you could stack up some serious amounts of PTO. Oh, and now they have a new thing where you can only roll over 80 hours of PTO into the next year. So that's also massively stupid.

Yeah it really fuckin sucks. The turnover rate is already pretty high and we're already short staffed all while trying to deal with multiple contracts that are behind schedule in a very very niche field that takes ages to train people in. I absolutely see this blowing up in the face of management and only making things worse.
