Sugar is very good at laying the groundwork - I truly feel season 1 of Steven Universe is really great and she did a decent job at the plots she started on AT. However, SU clearly fell apart when the artists were given too much control with Sugar reigning them in. The plots in AT completely fell apart when they had to handed to someone else. Sugar's leadership skills should be everyone's biggest concern for this.
