If it makes you feel any better, Prime's Season 3 was apparently mangled and had to cut hard on it's budget (like animated's season 3). Besides, I feel like there's been no TF show to ever go 4 full seasons. So really if the hub never happened, season 4 probably still wouldn't happen and TF:P would have been shoved onto some CN time slot.

GI Joe Renegades was something of a sidegrade that felt like you were watching Young Justice , but it wasn't the direct upgrade and competitor to their old IP and the movies.

Aquabats was like a shittier The Tick kinda show.
Dan Vs and Aquabats were ironically still more competently written than Transformers Prime which was shittier than the Energon series.

DC Nation was a lot of fun. I slept in on weekends so I rarely caught it but when I did it was fun to discuss stuff something so early in the morning. I didn't even care about comic book stuff at the time but it was just fun to do as a crowd. I remember when Animation Domination was also much much more populated than it is now. Sad.
