Fun fact, thanks to My Adventures with Superman, we can see that every universe with a brown Lois, has an evil Superman. The League of Loises are all brown, and when they meet Clark in the show it's the very first time Superman hasn't been evil. So, she's cute, but she makes everything around her worse. They could have just mixed up the Lois design, but they chose for all of them to be brown.

If the idea that Lois being brown makes Superman evil bothers you, go complain to Alaine Baybayan, the character designer. Who is herself, brown, and of Asian descent, she's Filipino. I think one thing that gets lost in the debate about the efficacy of Clark Kent as a persona is the simple fact Superman isn't real. I know it sounds dumb, but it's easy to say "How does no one realize the schlubby, dorky reporter from Metropolis is the living Greek God who has a crystal castle in the Arctic because they've got similar haircuts?" when he's just a comic or cartoon. There's so much evidence AGAINST Clark being him that it really seems the only evidence to the wider public of him being Superman is that they kinda look alike if you squint.
