> Worst performing Glitch pilot
While that may prove true in time it's also been out the shortest amount of time of any of their pilots so that may not be a terribly fair estimation thus far. Statistically every new pilot is going to be the worst performing up till it can catch up with it's predecessors.
> tranny boycott
Oh no, how will they ever make it without support from 0.06% of the audience who have historically proven utterly incidental in the performance of media which panders to them?
> not greenlit
None of their shows are ever greenlit beyond the initial pilot (except for maybe Digital Circus, though I'm not even sure of that) with Gaslight District only recently getting confirmation well after the pilot's debut. In the Indie Animation scene, at least with Glitch, funding can be precarious and has to be carefully planned out to measure demand and avoid shortfalls.
> pls buy more merch
That is how Glitch funds virtually everything they do since Youtube Ad revenue is not enough to support these projects. As someone pointed out already, it's ironic that old 80s cartoons are slammed as toy commercials, though merch does pay the bills and its the failure of realizing this which has resulted in collapse of the industry animation scene over the past five years. All of Glitch's shows are heavily dependent on merchandise sales to go forward and with Gaslight District and Knights of Guiniviere being prohibitively more expensive to produce than previous projects this stands even more so.
I mean that's how Star King is funded, or are we suppossed to hate that show too?
