Don't worry, she's definitely unique in being a normal solverless WD that isn't just a threat to the protagonists who are all hosts or DDs but even implied to have been decisive to the lore. there was the scene were she did show Uzi clinkering jars in her oven, those were the fleshcores from the dead disassembly drones they saw earlier in the lobby. Heat kept them sluggish and since they were trapped by Alice they could not be respawned like J was after her core got destroyed in episode 2. Which made the trio of J, V and N the only remaining DD group, they were the least efficient but all others who completed their mission ended up with Alice
About Alice's hate for Nori we know that Alice holds two things against Nori namely
>Leaving 'us'(herself and Beau, but all the other subjects of the lab as well) to die
>Imploding all those folks (Nori killing all humans)
Those arr surr since Alice tells it to Uzi, but it is implied that Nori herself had a great time at Alice's expense

Ofc Nori did not kill everybody intentionally since she was under controll of the solver (yellow eyes) back then, but Slice doesn't know since she only has the black and white recording ('Tessa' and N find in the cubicles in 6) to go off.
