If you're going to keep reading Marvel, you're basically going to have to accept that whatever Norman Osborn or Wilson Fisk do, whatever crimes they commit, no matter how public and undeniable it seems at the time, they're always going to bounce back somehow, get fully pardoned if they were ever in prison, and get seen as a legitimate businessman by most of the world, while only people who are superheroes will just KNOW they're bad as if by instinct, even if they've got no history with them and no reason to think they're bad. It's basically the same with Lex Luthor at DC, and whatever happens, the status quo will eventually return where they're all seen positively by most people.
