DB tends to look at fight factors discretely. If pushed I think they would say that Dracula clearly is about as fast as Buffy herself and Buffy is lightspeed, so Blade wouldn't really have any advantage in that regard. You could bring up Blade has an inherent advantage in that he has weapons that can severely damage or kill Buffy like the adamantium odachi or hellfire shotgun in combination with the mist form, but again Death Battle tends to not compound that kind of thing.

I just quickly read this comic
I don't have context for the rest of this story but it's apparently the first time these vampires showed up. Buffy and her friends fought off a horde of them at night and Buffy seemed to be successfully killing a ton of them. They fought they had won when the sun comes up but learn that they're immune to sunlight. Buffy tries staking one and learns that doesn't work either. Her and her friends hold them off for a while but are getting overwhelmed until back up arrives.

So it seems like a "Buffy was surprised to learn the vampires didn't have the weaknesses she was expecting and had surprise powers and wasn't adequately prepared to fight a whole horde of them" situation. I imagine that bodes well for her since there's then 30 comics after this.
