Good morning, grandpa. I hope you weren't planning on doing much today, since it's raining cats and dogs. But the paperboy came by in a canoe, so at least we have the comics. Enjoy.

2; Old gent's pinky finger
Definitely the rhino given how it barely fits him.
Antennae in the background, Dog's tooth, Fish's fin, Forked limb on tree, Throw pillow button and butter on the pictured toast
d) 100,000? Personally, I would say there are only 17 muscles, the rest are just fascicles.

It’s not because the rhino’s clothes are small, it’s because the rhino is the only one who has clothes big enough for the prisoner. Look at the prison jumpsuit and then look at the other animals in the laundromat.

Only one on the scene that the prison uniform would fit on is Slylock himself. He deduced that the escaped prisoner is therefore now wearing a blue detective suit and he should go incinerate the evidence.

These are always so bizarre if you're not read up on the news. Is the punchline Trump didn't go to this summit? But then how would he have a quote form it, verbatim. Or is the joke a politician gave noncommittal answers? Because that's what I would expect.
>>150798929
The joke is that the artist is unhinged and you get a peek into his mental gymnastics. There are plenty of valid reason to criticize and hate Trump, but the mentally ill always have to make up shit that makes no logical sense.
>>150798929 >These are always so bizarre if you're not read up on the news
Heaven forbid a newspaper strip expects you to read the newspaper. I don't even care for Doonesbury, but come on, dude.
Ty for another Sunday funny thread. I haven't said thx the last couple cause I missed them but read them in the archive. It's really nice. >>150798616 and ty for your weekend doodles and lists, I look for that post and always enjoy them.
Thanks guys

I always appreciated strips like these. It shows that Calvin isn't nearly the terror he's made out to be, he's just constantly overwhelmed by a world he's struggling to fully understand.
>>150798929 >>150799251
Doonesbury has been a political cartoon since the 70s, it's literally its entire foundation. Like how Garfield has always been a hungry cat. Or how youve always been a retard.
>>150808682 >>150808682
Yep never liked Doonesbury either cuz I wanna read the funnies to have laugh, but at least I know what it's been about. So spout off more and include more non sequiturs, thats a Sunday comic reference too btw. I hope ya guys can enjoy things and not go crazy at any mention of certain words. Bye !

managed to catch a stream of him drawing some comics last night. Was pretty neat and surprisingly informative. I enjoy reading this comic.

Might just be Alternative High School then. I don't know.
The uniforms look like Catholic High School uniforms, but might just be those are the only school uniforms I really know these days.

it's from all the roos out there that are pushing down on the earth with their big ol feet, that's what makes it drift
and they know they're pushing the entire continent, cause that's just how they planned it, they've shanghaied the entire thing, and they think they're pushing their way to america cause they're so fucking stupid

This is why there are so many volcanoes in Indonesia--Australia is crashing into SE Asia. In a few million years the archipelago will become the new Himalayas.

I read my GoComics and Comic Kingdom feed almost every day. I've read every single post in Fruhlingers blog, and have read it daily for 15 years now.
I fucking hate what I am.
But I do think about the funnies.
>>150855114
They did. Now they charge if you go back more than a week in their archives and they keep screwing up the comics and how they're displayed on the site.
>>150865560
It should end on Sunday evenings or by Monday afternoon. I really like the Sunday funnies thread each week because it's about the funnies and a few anons post comments and you know it's the same guys that were there last thread and that's it, thread ends. I've never seen it last until Thursday, and it's cool in a way it has, cause maybe more anons will read the Sunday funnies, but Im autistic and I really like the regularity on this thread and just want to see the funnies and the few posts about them from the same guys.
>>150866745
I'm somewhere on the spectrum as well, but I've learned a long time ago, there are always exceptions, such as a thread that's usually gone in, at most, two days stays around for at least double of that.
More chance for people to enjoy the funnies.
>>150866745 >>150867549
At least share the comics you guys like to read about in these threads. It's fun seeing what everyone likes to read and hope to have discussions about.

I always thought the idea of "indigenous people's day" kind of strange, because then we're celebrating the moment when indigenous people's lives got considerably worse. It'd be like putting Jewish People's day on the day when Hitler became chancellor
