The short version is that a mad scientist realized that Wade's healing factor made him a good incubator for various monstrous lifeforms. Properly treated he could provide them a reliable source of nutrition while they gestated. The Mad Scientist injected Wade with modified samples of Carnage symbiote. The plan was for Wade's body to copy the samples, creating clones of Cassidy & the Carnage symbiote, which would pop out of Wade. And then he would heal only for another one to pop out, and so on.
Things started to go awry when one of the symbiote samples grew enough to start talking to Wade, clearly considering him to be "papa" and showing affection to him. Eventually a Cletus clone (complete with its own Carnage symbiote clone) started to Cronenberg out of Wade, laughing his evil ass off. Princess did NOT like him, and decided to save her dad by doing one of those "one twin absorbs the other in the womb" things, except not really the womb, and also with way more teeth.
She's a weird-ass chimera of a symbiote and a human, because while she has a lot of symbiote traits she doesn't need a host and can walk around just fine, since part of her body is a bunch of Wade's cells. Nobody has explained why a symbiote using Wade's cells to build its own body would end up with a giant wolf-dog-hyena thing. I put it down to "Wade's just like that."

Here I kinda shrug? She's part Carnage DNA but part Wade DNA since his "always regenerating flesh" was needed to give her her body. And she "gestated" in him, and considers him her dad, while he considers her his daughter, and Ellie thinks of her as a little sister. She's certainly not a traditional "sperm meets egg" kid, but at a certain point I figure you just gotta throw your hands up and accept that you're reading a comic. But hey, you do you.

The most important thing though is that Deadpool can troll Captain Marvel something fierce, because when a villain put a science baby in HIM the kid turned out great. Seems like a skill issue, CAROL.

And yes she was what happened when Deadpool and Squirrel Girl went through a broken teleporter. They emerged out the other end fine. Then a few minutes later Squirrel Pool showed up.
Not a recommended comic unless you're desperate for more Shiklah-era stuff. Managed to take the fun out of having Squirrel Girl beat up The Punisher.

That wasn't mentioned before. maybe the "gestation" part. I'd be willing to make this a special case. But broadly in most other cases when it's "science rape baby" And the genetic donor was an unknowing/unwilling participant, I just don't consider that parenthood or even birth really. Like a rape baby would still be offspring. And I totally agree about the comics aspect of how seriously it should be taken. But there's gottta be a certain amount of steps removed from consensual sex, in the missionary position, through a hole in the sheet, specifically for the purposes of reproduction where the resulting life isn't considered an actual kid. And again, TO ME, stolen genetic material used against the donors will to create clones or cloned hybrids as usually fully grown or fully conscious entities is that line.
