Apparently this is goddess pose. Left middle is kind of the neutral position if the other results are anything to go by. Currently holding basically in lower left as I type. I am not super fit, not female, and definitely weigh more than she does, and this is fine. Maybe after more than a minute I'll feel the burn, but Jesus Christ, just walking a mile average a day should be enough to build your legs to withstand this. This is "can you support your own body weight in a slight stress position?" basic tier.
Except lower right, that shit is crazy, I'm not doing waist bends and knee bets at the same time for more than a few seconds.
