Nontroversies aside, I doubt it, at least project-wise.
Roiland has had the same 3 jokes throughout his entire career (seriously, go back to the pilots he was pitching, look at his games, look at everything he's been in charge in since R&M, they're all just a different flavor of the same shtick).
Michael alone has been in charge of 3 very tonally different TV shows, not to mention his online stuff.
If they're smart about it, they won't stretch Smiling Friends too thin, and will actually pivot to something different. Them opening up their own studio signals that they're gonna do bigger stuff soon enough.
