Its hard to gauge because shes always fighting alongside her friends. And when normal people can fight vampires and kill them with a pencil, it's a little hard to take them seriously as a threat.
Also it's all schlocky 90s/early 00s special effects so there were a ton of budget constraints on what she could do and fight

But she was able to swing a Troll God's hammer easily with one hand and Spike had trouble even lifting it

Also that time she fought the Frankenstein by punching directly into his chest and ripping out his nuclear core. She was being boosted by Giles's knowledge and Willow's magic but it was still her body and strength

Frankly by the end of the show I dont think anyone in the Scooby Gang is less than dangerous. Even Xander would be a scrappy fuck to fight man to man since he's so used to this sort of thing and not exactly short. Willow is an S rank magic user, Giles too. Spike is a powerful vampire, Seth Green is a werewolf. Anya is their weakest link I think. And to all of them Buffy is essentially Superman, Willow is her only peer. And she's perfectly willing to just hit you with a rocket launcher or whatever is expedient.

As a Vengeance Demon she was fully capable of throwing down with Buffy. And that's not even accounting the teleportation and wish granting powers that were straight up reality warping
