Amphibia wasn't cancelled but it has the worse ending, Owl House is more talked about but also more made fun of. I'd say they both landed in garbage and while Amphibia landed in rotten fish, Owl House landed on used needles from a STD research facility.

Gonna go with the show where the writer didn't try to have his cake and eat it too, killing the main character for a dramatic sacrifice but replacing her with a clone so there could be a weirdly underwhelming epilogue.
