Would Alucard (Hellsing) be happy to be killed by Dante. On one hand, Dante is half demon. On the other hand, Dante is still half human, doesn't do evil shit, and has saved the world multiple times. Also in DMC, humans have something demon's lack, which is heart.

Let me break down exactly what would happen once the deal with Toho goes away. Basically? They would have to sweep all this under the rug and would never be allowed to actually discuss Godzilla. You'd hear vague references to how they fought some "Monster King" or whatever, but nothing that would ever clearly state who it was and also they'd likely retcon elements to make it easier to reference, sort of like how the actual Marvel Godzilla who was already very different from his original counterpart kind of just became a generic dinosaur monster thanks to mutations so they could keep using him long after the deal went up. It's honestly not. Base Clive was doing pretty damn good against Garuda and base Clive was the one who killed Ultima in his final form with his bare hands. Barnabas had such mastery over his power that his eikon form wasn't much different from his base.
