There's also the fact in the good route after MSPA Reader and Kanaya helped renovate/clean his room, after she leaves, Tavros talks to Reader and assumes that Kanaya was interested in him. I just got to Cascade in my reread. I remember when we were waiting for that to drop, it felt like it would never come, and the hype was just over the top. When it finally did drop, they had to host it on newgrounds, and then there was so much people trying to download it there the servers fucking crashed, and then they put it out as a downloadable package. God I remember it like it was yesterday, that was honestly the peak of Homestuck, both as a narrative and fandom-wise. There's never been anything like Cascade since, I sincerely couldn't even think of it.

Never see this discussed anywhere, but there was a clear implication that Feferi, Aradia and Nepeta had unseen interactions in the dreambubbles after Aradia godtiered.

A dead Feferi contacts Jade in https://homestuck.com/004891 and at a later point Jade starts collaborating with dead trolls for her "Dream Intelligence". I think it was initially the plan for Feferi to be the one connecting the two sessions together with the blue team serving as the post scratch session fairy god trolls and as the troll shadow leader.
Homestuck already sort of does this but since Act 6 so royally shat itself post entry it never really came to fruition.

He believed he should be a tragic martyr figure for being forced to live a lie, leading to deadly consequences, but his story was forgotten by time. Kankri learned of his ancestor in a vision, and tried to redeem the Vantas legacy by proudly wearing his blood color on his red sweater, and spent his life preaching perfect morality to everyone to bring honor back to his name.

Also the Mummerer's name was Marcmarc, after the famous mime Marcel Marceau, which wasn't that confusing so people remembered his name. But the Grand Highblood's full title and name was Murderer Honkhonk, which REALLY tripped the Abbott and Costello effect, because any time a bunch of clowns get together, all they do is honk, so nobody can tell if they're talking about the Highblood. This led to a lot of stupid situations, and he has had literally thousands of people killed over such buffoonery involving his name.

Not really any, that Vriska sticking around to see the Lord English fight to the end (even though everyone can go to a place he has no influence) results in her getting fucking owned is the point I think. Same with Lord English himself, he's trapped himself in an infinite loop that he could have not built at any time, but he was so intent on having power over the narrative that when the other characters escape it he is powerless to effect them outside of his personal little sandbox.
I think instead of heroes and villains it's more like varying level of agency. I don't think any character is totally lacking in agency, but some characters exert their agency on others and nudge them in directions that aren't exactly in their best interest. Take the Tavros incident for example.
Tavros is cornered by Vriska's campaign and doesn't want to fight, he wants to disengage. Obviously he doesn't want to jump off a cliff, but it's in his nature to flee that situation. Vriska pushes him the extra inch with mind control.
Vriska hates Tavros' weakness and especially hates how he doesn't seem to hate himself over it. Normally, she just bullies him verbally about it, the 12 troll friend group is typically 'off-limits' in her words. We learn later that Scratch is the one who talked her into it, using her nature of hating Tavros to nudge her into doing something more drastic.

I have thought that for a long time too, until I made a connection, especially with the IDW comics. The reason why I see him as an Heir is because he doesn't really go out of his way as an active force to protect people. It's more like, if it's there and in his presence, he'll do something about it. He's a passive guy, he lives in the moment and doesn't want to change that, allows and wants others to do the same (Issue 50 with his speech to Surge encapsulates this).
In that same game, Black Knight, he was summoned to that world by an outside force and was asked to help, and his response was, in a brief sense, "Yeah sure, alright dude". And later in the SAME game, he says, "It was never about chivalry for me, I just gotta do what I gotta do, that's all,". That doesn't exactly scream "Knight," does it? Chivalry deals with loyalty and justice, a Knights "code".
