-Flash has Reverse-Flash
-Superman has literally every evil Kryptonian but more importantly evil clones, cyborgs that look like him, Bizarro and Ultraman
-Spider-man had the Chameleon in the first issue of the comics pretend to be him. then all the evil symboites that for some reason despite not having any real connection to spider-man can and do copy his powers and visual aesthetic.

The list goes on and on. The Dark reflection, copycat villain and palette swaps villain archetypes have been a lazy writers crutch since before you and I were born. Red hulk isn't anymore overly egregious then most of them.
