Zooble's problem? she's a bitch (unfixable)
Gangle's problem? She's too shy to be herself (mostly fixed)
Ragatha's Problem? Too much of a doormat to be real with anyone (easily fixed)
Kinger's problem? He's demented (unfixable)
Pomni's Problem? Panic attacks, (mostly fixed by Jax teaching her that this world isn't scary because there are no consequences)

Jax's Problem? Grief stricken after seeing friend after friend go insane and die in front of him over years in an eternal hell, knowing that he can't deal with anymore loss and the only control he has is to make others hate him on purpose to push them away so he can deal with their eventual death and doesn't burden them when he dies himself which he knows is soon.

Minor theory: I think the reason Jax looked pissed off when seeing Kaufmo's door in episode 6 wasn't because he hated Kaufmo or anything, but because despite all his attempts at being emotionally distant with everyone, he still ended up caring about when Kaufmo abstracted, and being reminded that he cared pissed him off because it means his bullshit wasn't working like he hoped.

Based on how Jax acted in episode 1 leading up to them going to Kaufmo's room, it doesn't seem like Jax's relationship with Kaufmo was any different than with the others. He'd rather go check on Kaufmo than deal with the Gloinks, he was the one to open his door so he would've been first to talk to him and he cracks a joke before running. It doesn't seem like he hated him. Definitely no more than Ragatha.
Then in episode 2, when they're about to hold Kaufmo's funeral, Jax looks annoyed before walking off. There's a split second when he looks a bit sad (pic related), before looking angry and walking off. Like at that moment he realized he cared and it pissed him off that he cared. And then he gets reminded again in episode 6.

This might have been pretty obvious, but I only just pieced this together.

From the perspective of the mind copies, it doesn't matter how much time passes between frames, or even the order of the frames.
The C&A computers clearly do not have the power to sustain such a detailed simulation. Maybe at the resolution of the first few seconds of the Pilot, but not the rest of the show.

How would an actual Ragatha episode go (WITHOUT Jax stealing the spotlight)? I believe it was said that Episode 5 was supposed to have it focus on both Ragatha and Jax, but he ended up stealing the spotlight.

I think it would include a part where Ragatha reveals to Pomni that she was truly upset when Pomni essentially abandoned her to an abstracted Kaufmo in Episode 1, but kept it bottled up, since she understood why Pomni did what she did (being thrown into a chaotic situation on her first day). That event would feed into Ragatha's insecurities that no matter how understandable her feelings might be in a situation, there's always something that would invalidate those feelings (be it legitimate or not, internally or externally)—that she doesn't DESERVE to having these feelings.

This would, of course, tie back to her upbringing by her controlling and abusive mother, which would explain why she is the way she is.
