I guess. Neither passes the benchmark for "good", but if you're mentally ill like me you might find something to enjoy in them regardless. For me, it's the bad guys being right.

I give it a 5/10. It's not an absolutely unsalvageable piece of media, but it has a myriad of problems ranging from writing/narrative issues to poor character design and visuals.
