2020-2021, it was definitely a culmination of factors, the rise of streaming and death of cable, companies realizing that pre-existing IPs are more profitable than original ones, the 2020 pandemic, companies making all shows look cheap as fuck cause they know normies don’t care about animation quality.

I wouldn't say it was all too bad this whole time. When it comes to recent shows, at least 2023 had Agent 203 to get my comedy adventure fix for a while. It wasn't until a while later when I started to feel a drought of new shows to watch.

It seemed like Disney and CN wanted to do a bunch of revivals but then they just went completely silent

The show might be CGI but the bottom right image in the OP is 100% AI. Probably a collage of multiple gens cleaned up (poorly) by an artist because AI is terrible at images with multiple figures, but there's no fucking way the underlying images aren't AI gens. As if the faces didn't make it immediately obvious, just fucking look at it for longer than two seconds and you can see all sorts of weirdness. Particularly the lack of symmetry in their outfits and what the fuck is going on with the geometry on that hoverboard? Was it designed by M.C. Escher?

Still doubtful but even if what you say is true, it's not such a big deal. It's just a promotional art there to give an idea of how the show feels. What really matters is the actual show and I'd say it seems promising enough for me to look forward to, especially the cute main girl.
