inb4 schizo fatties start critiquing her lift:
- Chucks are preferable for lifting since they keep your feet flat on the ground. If you're not wearing flat shoes, a lot of gyms and/or trainers will force you to lift in your socks. It's safer.
- She's lifting 110lbs here plus whatever the bar weighs which is probably ~40lbs. Idiots tend to mix up the kg and lb measurements. Each plate lists both. That's a 45lb and 10lb on each side of the bar.
- 110lbs is an extremely respectable weight for a woman her size to be lifting assuming she's actually doing reps/sets and not a 1 rep max.
