I think part of the problem people have is one group is overwhelmingly prevalent in violent crime (niggers) and the other (white people) isn't, but that latter group is what's portrayed over and over again in capeshit, to the point where an organization that hasn't existed for nearly 50 years which wasn't organized crime anyway, it was a bunch of old hicks ranting at bored FBI agents are portrayed as some insidious threat prevalent in the USA, and anachronistically still exists to this day. The inevitable question of "Why?" comes up and everyone just tugs their collar, or gets bent out of shape because somebody's asking a perfectly logical question. It would be like writing a story about Operation Paperclip but the focal scientist characters are all Samoan. Something is noticeably off here and nobody's willing to explain why.
Punisher committed a similar sin by pretending the Italian mafia exists in any meaningful capacity anymore, but at least they had the balls to have Frank Castle mercilessly execute hapless negro thugs too.
