Others are just glorified pop references
Others are personal experiences

Cartoons are more expensive to make so they tend to be more commercial and have little to show besides fuckable characters. But it's not like autheur stuff was made

Maybe start watching documentaries? There's some unironically good /a/ ones showing how things work production side
