My character is not even meant to be sexualize, I think that is clear, is a transgressive commentary on the position of women on blue collar works and their predisposition to be submissive while not looking down on her value because of that, but still exploring the psychology of it. Something I feel is underutilized is /co/ntainment. I think this because the scope it always too big, like being out in the field so the plot never actually forms.

Take Captain Rookie for example. She can sense/see ghosts even when they don't want to be seen. Sure, sounds grim and dour, but a lot of people die. What if she encountered the ghost of a mime or a clown or some other type of entertainer who just wanted an audience again?

When I was a kid I used to play with LEGOs (back when they were something that were still for kids), and there were these cool Martian sets with mining mechs. I would mix and match sets and have whole imaginary situations play out with various pieces playing various roles. One of the Martians I had would always be cast in the role of a scientist. Years later I found out through a LEGO magazine that the specific Martian I would always cast as a scientist actually WAS given an official character bio as a scientist. I didn't know that when I played with it, there was nothing about him to indicate this with other characters having faces that looked more like a scientist's would.

Point is, just because the martian was cast as a scientist by me and the official bio had him listed as such doesn't mean another kid somewhere with the same set didn't pretend the character was someone else entirely.
Some other kid out there probably had some crazy amazing adventure with it that I have no way of ever knowing about, but that didn't stop me from making up my own.

Well, in this vision I have of her I think she'd settle for nearly any kind of guy, but since she's a freak of nature her biology forces her to drive away any person that hangs around her long enough.
