No it doesn't. On the one hand, you have a simple premise. Deathstroke having experience with Flash, setting up a scenario in his favor and Flash running into a sword. This works because Flash has super-speed and Slade doesn't. There is no "Slade would have to move in an attosecond at MFTL+" because he's not required to.
On the other hand, you have Lois Lane gaining fiction-breaking powers to one shot Darkseid in the latest Crisis. If you genuinely can't see the difference between these two and you genuinely think Slade was moving FTL in that instance then you're too fucking stupid to parse the child level ideas of capeshit comic books

The Flash is massively faster than light. Light circles the planet seven times in one second. Flash can PERCEIVE AND REACT at these times. Slade is a super soldier slightly faster than bullets due to his reflexes and precognition. He can't even MOVE at supersonic speeds because he does not have super speed.
Flash on the other hand is SO FAST that he could leave the fight, go home, fuck his wife, read every book ever written, jack off, do a thousand push ups, put his clothes back on, and then run back and strip Slade naked before Slade could even react. This could ALL HAPPEN IN LESS THAN A SECOND.
