Episode was all over the place. Sliding timeline fuckery and forced references aside, there's a gem of a good idea here. Homer being a bad influence on young Bart is a good idea but it was handled poorly (and worse yet, not funny). The Simpsons' above-average animation is doing a lot of the heavy lifting, the dream sequence had some nice shots. 4/10.
