My guess, which I'm making up on the spot and won't be defending this theory like some schizos:
When Omega was turned into the omega device, her first body actually died and what remained was just a construct, like those Diego-based CPUs with that etheric wafer over them.
When omega device made her own body, she was basically just remoting in the lolibaba flesh puppet.
When Kat severed the connection, Kat granted the omega device construct and she gained a new people soul.
Hence two souls with different memory sets and this Omega didn't really commit some of her old memory bank to her permanent memory. Like those characters who are functionally omniscient but choose to not "omniesce' about it until they really need it, and unlike those witches, Omega didn't need Zimmy to live rent free in her head.
She wanted something else. How many days of rent she owes Tony, anyway?

The robots are objectively worse in every way compared to their old bodies. Weaker, no specialized bodies, no ablity to hotswap parts as needed, die to stuff that would not even scratch their old bodies, dumber since they no longer have calculators in their head. etc.

The new body kept her personality while the Omega device (Omega's old skeleton and information array) is still functioning

Human working memory is capped at about 3-4 things we can keep track of at any one time. Maybe having the fancy robot body helps, but probably not that much.

A character loses their omniessence and goes from being able to attend to an infinite number of things to being barely able to keep track of what they're sad about, and you're mad they didn't think to do something they have literally never had to do before.

Omega always had the aura of someone who was going to die. From her introduction she was basically dead. And really if the Court's plan to cheese it from Earth is as hardcore as its been shown to be. Omega is the ultimate loose end and they would have to kill her before leaving.

The melodramatic fanfiction I wrote around OmegaSister had Jones be her assassin though. Kat should absolutely try to revive Omega. Ill be kinda disappointed if thats not where the comic goes next.
