as for the designs of the generals, personally im more on the neutral side. i guess it would be possible to adapt the emblems into the designs. with the bell being for Viktor, the shield being for Alex given he is supposed to have powerful healing skills, the rose could go to Celine and the acorn could be for Skark.

as for Skark being a butler, maybe we could have both? when he is on the lair, he could be seen assisting the other generals or the queen wearing a butler's tux. but for fights he dons the helmet and spear.
given how Flufflepon is supposed to be a skilled fighter and a wise enough mentor for the girls, i feel Skark should be similar: a smart, skilled warrior on par with his fellow generals and more than just their mascot, maybe not as strong, but skilled enough to take care of himself should be pitted against Fluffle or the girls.

Heres another piece of art for the generals, Skark specifically.

Here he is with his butler ensemble, he always wears it in the lair when tending to Queen Regulita. Even tho he is overall weaker than the other 3 generals, his spy and stealth skills make him an invaluable asset, basically making him the Queen's confidant and right hand, possibly one of the few living beings the queen actually cares for in a sincere way and he is more than ready to pay that kindness back. Nothing escapes his sight and will not hesitate to tell the queen if the other generals try to betray her.

Also made a pic of him in battle, gave him a vest for protection alongside the spear. While he knows he cant beat fluffle or the girls in a straight fight, he will give it all to defend his queen when all chips are down.

I imagine he could be trusted with a special thong of power of his own as his last resort. Maybe he cant fully control it or transform but at least he can channel its power for a desperate final attack.
