>Anon is just now realizing Starscream is a BITCH (spiritually)
Starscream has his own episodes in G1S3 dedicated to being an annoying fucking nag in Unicron's presence because his spark is eternal

Unfortunately DJW took the answer to his grave, literally, after years of being kind of a cunt about it because it turns out that going
>Teehee I'll never tell!
predictably means that people will keep asking or guessing at the answer and this upset him to the point that he was sick of the question and complained about it.

The funny thing is that Slipstream is somehow the least bitchy and gay of his cloned aspects.

i don't even think it's starscream's transsexual desires or anything like that. i think it's just his sassiness and it just so happens that sassiness is such a female trait that it manifested itself as a chick

Enter the Nightbird is essentially a Domestic Sitcom plot where Starscream goes Woman Scorned after Megatron tries to replace his nagging wife with a hot, younger model. They've always had this joke.

Hell that one draft pitch had Starscream be the hysterical woman of the Decepticons, though without the backstabbing.

>Slipstream's existence is, of course, a gag about the famously effeminate Starscream having a "feminine side," but the show holds back from making this joke outright; when Starscream asks Slipstream what side of him she represents, she responds only by saying "Don't ask," and a few pieces of media (like the AllSpark Almanac) would play up the gag by also never actually giving an answer. Transformers fandom, being the cluster of imagination-killing literalists that they are, summarily failed to get this, and have spent years trying to "solve" the "mystery" of what she represents, going so far as to repeatedly ask Derrick J. Wyatt over and over on his social media. Early on he tried to light-heartedly brush it off by saying "I try not to think about that one!"[2] but the questions were so persistent that an exhausted Wyatt took to automatically agreeing with whatever theory was put to him, no matter how absurd.[3]

But functionally:
>Practically everything she ever says to the original Starscream is an insult of some form. Really makes you wonder about Starscream, doesn't it?
It's his self-loathing
