Define 'porny', because the Licker is already peak porn to me and doesn't need any major adjustments. Like, that pic and >>11297258 have been made softer and 'thick' but I think that smoothing takes away what I liked about them most (the raw muscle texture and the protruding spine on the lickers for example). Pic related is pornified too but less so, still has muscle mass.

I'd only want to be transformed if I retained enough intelligence to enjoy it, which canonically rules out a vast majority of the viruses or would put me in a coma for 15 years (T-Veronica). I like the G-Virus designs a bit more than T, but G's even more of a risk since you'll just turn into a flesh blob if your life is too in danger. Maybe C-Virus, though with some plot armour on top.
If I had to make one big change to anything from RE though for a porn setting it'd be removing a lot of the disfigured asymmetry the designs usually have. Works great for body horror sure, but (fem)G-Birkin's disproportionate, coomer-grade right arm makes it feel more like a 'mistake' than an 'evolution'.

Personally, I think that would mostly depend on *what* you get transformed into. Basic common enemies like zombies wouldn't have much intelligence beyond simple instinctual pleasures like eating and fucking, while bigger threats like a Hunter would be the equivalent of a fantasy orc: sentient, can learn, but it's not an engineer. Boss-level monsters would be blessed with full intelligence and a "monster lord" kind of authority.
