There are cheap chinese power boxes that work great. Much better than a tens. I got one for around $35. It does TENS, EMS, and one more i forget the acronym, but it is for deep muscle therapy. It has thirty different patterns (modes). Defined by numbers on the box, but personally described as such: starts with a mild solid (unbroken) sizzle.
