I'd definitely want to start smaller, and grow bigger and fatter every day, as I'm pumped full of hormones and injections, and stuff my face full of high calorie food from my trough. I like the idea of feeling fuller and heavier every morning, my milk production eventually increasing to the point that I have to eat multiple greasy meals a day just to keep my giant udders full. All I can do at that point is to just crawl around in my small stall (usually to the refilled trough), my breasts are way too heavy and full of milk for me to ever walk steadily again, so I'll just drag them across the floor as I go.
Going to the monthly health checks can take me several hours by then, because I move so slowly. And afterwards when I finally get to return to my stall I'm already hungry and exhausted. My heavy modified body is only really good for producing absurd amounts of milk anymore, and I couldn't be happier, as I tirelessly do my part every day.
