Here's what I just got after a few quick and sloppy attempts with the new NovelAI Anime 4.5 model. I recommend giving it a try. It's great for much more than anime by the way. Cartoons, 3D, paintings, pixelart, sprites... with inpainting for fixing errors or making nude filters.

Full disclosure, the new 4.5 model still lacks a very powerful feature for controlling the output using images you show to it. Kinda like a micro LORA I guess? That will be available within a month. The 4.0 model (from 2/25) does have it, and that one is pretty powerful already.

What you can do depends on what you're into. Vore has a lot of subgenres. Is anyone else bothered by how the prey fits? If you're swallowed headfirst, your legs bend the wrong way to curl up in the stomach. Either they're bent backwards so they snap at the knees, or the throat is flexible enough to fold them, or the gut is huge. The real oldest vorefags are dudes like Miranda_Dragon who IIRC outright says they're old on their profile.
