Dunno, I feel like you guys want having your cake and eating it too.
>>11301658>want have your cake and eat it tooThe fun part about fantasies is you can lol
>>11300757Something that I've never seen done that sounds so fucking nice is a giantess masseuse. Imagining resting on her palm as the bed while fingers the size of your body skillfully and precisely work your tiny muscles, your back popping pleasantly as she presses down on just the right place with perfect force to make your exhaustion all but literally leak out of you.
I crave this so badly.
>>11301683I'd rather massage a girl while slowly shrinking down. For example, an hour session, and I lose 2.5 cm every minute. My height from the start is 188 cm.
I wonder how that would feel for her, over the session.
>>11301698That's not a bad thing either, but, at least for the moment (after a long day of work) I prefer my idea.
That said, I do think tinies (within reason, more like a foot than a centimeter for understandable reasons) massaging girls is a lot of fun too. Sitting on her back, too large to straddle and putting all your strength into the balls of your hands as you knead her tender skin, hot and moist from her workout. Growing dizzy as you face her feet, rubbing them down as the heavy scent cloys in your lungs and corrodes your thoughts- there's absolutely appeal to that too.
>>11301683There was a story I remember that was about something like that. I think it was a POV story about a tony going to a Massage parlor only to realize that his hs crush worked there as a giant masseuse now
>"Hey anon, I have a silly question for you," your giant friend says as she plops down beside you
>Great, what is it this time?
>"Do you think I'm cute?"
>That's... not what you expected
>Well, maybe you shouldn't be surprised; she's been getting a lot more forward since you shrank
>You feel your cheeks redden
>"Uh, why do you ask?"
>"No reason. I'm just curious is all. Now come on, and be honest. I pinkie promise I won't be upset."
>She offers you her pinkie, now the size of your arm
>God, this is a tough one
>If you were still your normal size, the answer would be simple
>She's 5 feet tall and petite, with soft lips and big doe eyes that crinkle adorably when she smiles
>To be honest, you've had a bit of a thing for her for a while, not that you ever acted on it
>But now... "cute" doesn't seem like quite the right word
>"Intimidating" or even "awe-inspiring" would probably be more apt to describe the woman currently looming over you
>Simply watching her walk across a room or eat a meal is honestly a little breathtaking
>It's like watching a skyscraper move; could you really call a skyscraper "cute"?
>You can practically feel her massive eyes boring into you expectantly
>God, you're overthinking this
>She's not a skyscraper, she's your best friend
>She hasn't even grown at all, you've just shrunk
>You try to play it cool
>"A-are y-you kidding me?" you stutter, "O-of course you're cute!"
>Seriously? That was playing it cool?
>Her eyes narrow and she leans in to get a closer look at you
>Uh oh, the jig is up
>Your heart pounds
>But then, her eyes crinkle as a grin flashes across her billboard-sized face
>"Thanks anon, that's really sweet of you!"
>Phew
>"You know, you're pretty cute yourself," she says, tousling your hair with her fingertip, "Especially when you're all small and flustered."
Gonna write some size fiction in a particular fantasy setting of mine. A peasant girl saw a giant when she was young and developed a kink for being big, and her boyfriend eventually gets a spell or potion or whatever to make her big temporarily, gentle sex ensues. However, oh no, it wasn't temporary, she's just super big now and is obviously just a human and not a giant (giants are a distinct race) and she can't cover herself up and everyone knows she's a leches and gets so embarrassed but her tiny boyfriend still loves her and then stuff happens idk I've never read size fiction or written it before I'm just a fantasy writer
>>11302015good starting point, id read it
>>11301683>>11301906Found it
>"Anon? Is that really you?">Your heart skips a beat as you turns towards the voice, seeing Hannah coming toward you. She was a pretty girl when you last saw her in middle school, but as an adult, she is beautiful; radiant as an angel come to Earth.>"Hi, Hannah," you manage to say as she crouches over you.>"Oh my gosh, it really is you! How have you been? Did you come to make an appointment?">"N-no, I just heard you were working here so I thought I'd visit.">"Then, why don't I give you a little massage while we catch up?">"I don't think I could afford that," you admit.>"Don't worry, it's on the house; and I'm not letting you leave here without one! Now, come here." Her hand curls around your body, the other cups beneath you, then you're brought against her chestโexactly how she used to carry you before. Although, her chest is a bit more cushioned than the last time she did this.>The two of you make small-talk as she carries you into a small room. There she sits on a reclining chair and unbuttons her shirt.>"Now, just relax and try to enjoy yourself." She slips you into her cleavage, her boobs hugging your sides, her smiling face looming above. Grabbing ahold of her breasts, she presses them against your body, slowly at first, then more firmly, so that your whole body is enveloped by her. She rolls her mammaries against you, kneading all the tension out of your body. Your thoughts and all your worries dissolve into the surrounding warmth. Unable to form words, you mumble something indecipherable as thanks.>"You really like this, huh?" she giggles. "Come over to my house anytime you want a massage; I'd be glad to have you over. I really missed you, you know? Promise you'll visit again soon?" she asks, stopping the massage for a second. Curling up against her, you nod in response. She smiles, and continues the massage.

>>11302385Disregard
>>11302389 this unless you're trying to make the most dry, unsexy narrative possible.
Something to actually consider is the tone you want- do you want to focus on the more realistic (without getting into the autistic) aspects of such a drastic change? Or is it something more along the lines of an ecchi comedy? Whatever you choose, for the most part choose a tone, a logic for the world (is it porn logic, is it our logic, is it pants-on-head retard logic, IE Felarya or some turbo NWO) and try to stick to it. A few threads back that elf story was brought up because the opening chapter goes something like "tee-hee we're elves and we like being big but sometimes we go a lil' too far but it's all in good fun!" then four chapters in you've got whole nations being made into anal beads and other manmade horrors beyond human comprehension occurring, and it throws people off.
In short, know the feelings you want the audience to feel, and then have the writing convey those feelings.
God damn how have I never played giant guardians before. This is amazing. Did Eliette yesterday and now I'm playing Maryen. Not sure what path to play after that. Bez, Sheina or Kendra. Not sure if Kendra is gentle tho, but she's got bad bitch 'i can save her' type vibes
>>11302569Kendra is one of the most violent in the entire game. Going with her lets you meet the rest of the characters from the hell kingdom, though, so you should definitely try it and see if any of them interest you more.
Also, if you run away into the forest at the beginning you will end up on another, completely different path. Regina and Madea are the most gentle there, but Diula is my favorite.
>>11302624Thanks for the advice. I had a look at a guide and I didn't realize there were so many paths. I still want to do all of them, but I guess I'll start with Kendra. She doesn't seem totally evil. I can save her and so on
>>11302624>>11302628Actually I wish there was an Evalin path. She somehow gives me the heebie-jeebies in a good way, her intentions seem to be good and I'm a sucker for weirdly colored skin and demons. There's definitely a freak hiding under there which her priestly duties only partially let her explore. But I don't know where they'd take her story.

>>11302569Sheina is super lewd, she has the most clothing entrapment, which is something I love.
>>11302624Expanding on this, I would say Nyxmay is actually the most violent, Kendra will get pretty affectionate with you so long as you go along with what she says for the most part. Nyxmay's whole deal is she enjoys feeling people die (she places a spell on you that allows her to restore you no matter how much damage you suffer). While she does have a sweet side as well (they actually all do) you *will* be crushed flat multiple times before then.
That said, Kendra/Nyxmay can segway into one of the sweetest giantesses in the game, Vai'klis. The Hell Kingdom is super saturated, with 6 of the game's 17 total routes, and you have to go with Kendra to get to them. Three are unlocked by staying with Kendra/Nyxmay (Nyxmay's is the only route you can get softlocked on; as a hint, she likes polite, respectful, self-sacrificing tinies the most) if Kendra doesn't like you enough (you're not horni enough at the thought of being a sex slave) you'll be sold to an oni giantess who'll also kill you a lot if you're not careful, but you'll be able to segway from her to two other, much more friendly giantesses. As a hint for the oni giantess, there are two routes for her, the "pathetic little masochist slave" route, and the "actually retaining some dignity" route. The trick to obtaining the latter is to push back on certain things against the oni- if it's a direct command, obey it, but if it's to help someone else or she didn't explicitly order you to do otherwise, then opt for humanity.
>>11302911>you'll be sold to an oni giantess who'll also kill you a lot if you're not careful, but you'll be able to segway from her to two other, much more friendly giantessesI was very surprised by how sweet Pyeka is, she's honestly less dangerous than Naya or Diula (although the danger is not intentional in Diula's case). Even with the whole vore goddess thing, her sacrifices are all willing and they get a pleasant afterlife. Being her servant is probably one of the most comfy jobs you can get in Homaspernia.

Based on my overreactive greentext and set in the same universe as the gentle growth story. Had to force myself to finish this but I think I could have done it better.
Minimal changes to the story to create a Clara ending:
>Save Yui on day 3
>Save Shimon on day 4
>strongly recommend amnesia/forgetfulness to Saeko
>tell Saeko she'd be the villain in a fantasy story
>slight development on the conversation on the nature of time, maybe introducing a tie in for time-energy (from Shizue Fueti's Saeko stories, people throw around the word "negentropy" nowadays in scifi/fantasy contexts tho so maybe modernize).
>option to confiscate Clara's clip -- could be a Social Combat scene similar to the Saeko verbal combat sequences, poor choices should have Clara chuuni out even harder
>minor addition to Clara's character - a sentence like "I don't know who I'd be if I hadn't had you in my life back then."
>unlock a means to eat the cake yourself.
Yui, being saved, should have more patience with Shimon's immediate persona than Kina does. This should buy the time to finish and retain part of the memory dream of Clara.
Shimon, as established, immediately talks to women. If he survives, he has a breakdown uncharacteristic of any other characters.
Disarming Clara should only be possible if your dream/memory unlocks requisite social combat dialog options. Disarmament shouldn't be enough to save her life. Instead, regret should unlock the despair required to choose to feed yourself during a run that would otherwise hit the atonement path.
Hitting the right options during every date to unlock a time travel ending where Saeko chooses to sever herself from her power and live an amnesiac life with Rin, saying some cliche line about choosing to change her personality and live without her greatest pleasures if that's what it takes to live without regret. The stone mask is cast into some sort of vortex in time and lands on the opposite end of the world, in Germany.
Final scene, we see a purple-eyed Saeko admiring the moon's reflection with Rin, when a large red-eyed Clara steps behind them...
Title screen: Clara at her desk with two new friends.
>>11304538Imagine the smell
>>11304032I'm in two minds about. I did like Rin and Saeko, and I felt invested in their characters and storyline. Everything else around needed way more time to flesh out or add some depth to it. The endings were so slapdash and quick that it was clear that they ran out of development time and had to cobble something together.
Reading the wiki page highlighted that the small dev team originally wanted to go more fetishy, so I wonder if the devs getting a publisher meant they had to tone down going full cruelfag so they could actually market it to normies.
>>11304241They were japs. It makes it all surprising they didn't go full fetish mode since the eastern sizefags are far more willing to be egregious with their depictions of cruel giantesses.
>>11304639It really is criminal how lazy the game ended up being. I can forgive the shit endings, but its unforgivable how scripted and railroaded the game turned out to be. I know the game was done by a small team of three guys, but I rather they delayed the game again if the result was going to be this underwhelming. So much potential wasted.
>>11304791I am the anon you responded to.
Honestly I think the game's clever, if insufficient as a size game or as a horror game.
The size aspect of the game hit a couple of numb spots for me. Credit should still be given where due, though. The fact that Saeko breathes, that even her subtlest motions affect more pixels on the screen than the entire bodies of the our-sized people during conversation, is underrated.
The structure of it is extremely precise. I've watched enough neurotypicals play through it to really appreciate what it does well. There are a few places where it seems like the translation must have had a negative impact (several JP girl streamers save Shimon, zero EN girls do).
For example. Every player chooses to say they "believe personalities can change." But nobody seems to BELIEVE that while playing, at first. Nobody notices that Kina's personality has a traumatic change in the drawer, and no player/commentator has ever taken Maru's attestation that his entire personality was changed by realizing his act of cruelty seriously--they just judge Maru by his worst moments, and then judge Kina by her best after traumabonding. If/after players become invested in the game they reflect on their choices, in time. People all choose Kina over Yui, but all justify that with some bullshit utility argument--even though we'd been through the game's combat phase multiple times and we know and have seen that fighting Saeko is implemented as an asymmetric social combat system where Yui would be obviously more effective and Kina would be a liability. It's only when they choose Kina again that they reconcile themselves to the fact that they've been choosing to save her because they like her, not because she's useful. Which makes her (unfortunately railroaded) death very precisely timed.
I'm not reading all that shit you wrote to defend troonware
>>11304975Troons are unskilled. They often can't do shit, like properly draw. While the game's artist (koh) is clearly very skilled - even those who hate the game love the artstyle. Therefore he can't be troon. Checkmate.
Troons would have made it yuri, for better or worse.
You shills are too late, we all know it's a giant male game now.
>>11305015gone home or Dear Esther took more programming and art skills to make than this pixelslop.

>>11304720I was thinking they may have held back due to steam / wanting to not freak out non fetishists which is smart for now.
I watched some streamers play the game and even considering the fact that they're hamming up reactions for views they were *really* shocked when she ate someone whole. It was a bit sobering to be reminded how desensitized I am as a vorefag because that scene is vanilla as fuck as I'm sure you know even if you aren't into vore.
>>11304639>>11304974 I never got why most characters seem to be disconnected from reality like Clara thinking she can defeat Saeko with a paperclip, Yui building a string can phone to "call work", Maru thinking he's being punished for pissing on an ant-hill and that everyone's gonna drown in Saeko's piss... I was waiting for some reveal as to why everyone seemed mind fucked. The choices barely mattering and often not getting to choose who gets eaten reminds me of the telltale walking dead games where they railroad you down whatever path even if you choose two different things on two playthroughs.
Even if I dont like the game I'm glad the public is giving it good reviews because it opens the door for more mainstream giantess content to be financially viable and more depraved as people get used to the "genre", it already sold 10k copies.
the beach scene in concept is kino. i want to date a giant girl on the beach in the moonlight....

>>11305060Worse, a shrink game.
>>11305069>I never got why most characters seem to be disconnected from realityThe theme of the game, so far as it has one, would have to be "enabler psychology." it's nice to see anything being said about the reality distortion field of enablement rather than just the abuser's role, and I'm glad that just this once the disappointing pixel game is definitely not about depression.
There's a vtuber named Diaz who, very early in her run in the game, went on a long personal story about her first boyfriend. "He was really mean to everyone, but was nice to me. That made me feel special. Eventually he started being mean to me too and the magic was gone."
>Clara thinking she can defeat Saeko with a paperclip,Clara was shown to have been a ridiculous chuuni who believed she could save the day by starting a cursed chain email before she even entered the drawer. She always lived in a fantasy world. We know exactly how she got into that fantasy world, too. She was enabled by Rin playing into her shoujo/shounen fantasies even if they left his body scarred. And she expects him to keep enabling her as she transitions from shoujo protag to shonen protag.
>Yui building a string phone to call workShe knows the whole time, but is interested in seeing how much of an enabler Rin will become for her since she's used to controlling male enablers.
>MaruOne of the socially positive effects of enablers is that they can allow repressed psychological problems to surface in a way that allows for some resolution. Rin's enablement energy does this for Maru, and this positive form of the enabler personality can affect Saeko.
>The choices barely mattering and often not getting to choose who gets eaten reminds me of the telltale walking dead games where they railroad you down whatever path even if you choose two different things on two playthroughs. These are very serious flaws in the game and should be focused on in terms of complaints.
The /agdg/ in me finds this discussion on Saeko interesting. On paper, I think the best way to go about making a "mainstream" macrophile/microphile game is masking it as some sort of fusion of Chibi Robo or Tiny Kin and Stardew Valley/Rune Factory. Play as like a 6 inch/~15cm tall doll character in a town/area solving problems and interacting with normal sized people. Maybe throw in some invasion of tiny demon or ayys for a stronger action element. If you want to try and get some extra money from fujos/yumejos, and make female vtubers go uooogh, you can throw in some male love interests.
>>11305076>yui I remember her saying she knew all along that it wouldnt work or something like that but I honestly couldnt tell if that was just part of the delusion, like "I was merely pretending".
>maruwhy does he have trauma from pissing on an anthill though
>claratheres being a delulu chuuni and then theres thinking you can defeat godzilla with a stick. that choice alone made me feed her to Saeko because I felt like the only slightly viable way of rebellion was escape and she was just going to get everyone killed with a retarded plan.
Also as stupid as it is, a viral email chain may have actually been a good way to spread awareness. Back in the early days of youtube there were a shitload of those types of comments. I know rin hurt his calf protecting her but I dont remember it being specifically explained how.
Also another thing I didnt lke was rin having appeal and health, that made me feel like I was going to have to manage my stats at some point which was a cool idea. It also made me think there would be a feeding myself to Saeko death / ending. As for more criticism, the health stat is just a thinly veiled way of the devs having a tactic to force the player to choose someone when otherwise there would be a genuine choice. You never personally effect anyone's health, it's always what the devs choose.
>>11305076Chio's disconnection from reality is a moral disconnect and is easily explained by years in the drawer and the fact that she has had to become an enabler not just to Saeko but also to Rin and any other supervisor to survive. I do not subscribe to the dumb fanwank idea that one guy had that she is Saeko's biological mother.
Akari was inserted into Saeko's vagina and used as a human tampon for the entire week that you were relaxing in the drawer and going on dates and living life with the vorewife, as punishment for her rebellion. This is incredibly obvious to everyone in the fetish and it is shocking how so many normalfags have nothing but confusion over the whole "damp hair" "scuba diving" references thing or the fact that the girl who was wet needed to put more water on the wet substance covering her quickly before it could dry.
Shimon's disconnection from reality is only on his first day. His second day connects him directly to reality if you let him live. He developed a layer of narcissism but it is a thin layer and he does actually experience significant if overstated empathy beneath it, and this is not unrealistic for independent workers in the "creative" sector who have to literally sell themselves and their creative work to other people every day to get by.
Rin, original Rin prior to mindwipe, probably fell for Saeko because he developed a dependency on the strong female personality and superior social position of Clara and the situation developed to worsen his previous documented enabler tendencies beyond the point of no return.
But the game believes that personalities can change, even if that change is realistically too small to be very visible in a week. And there's that saying, I don't remember how exactly it goes, about therapists being enablers who spend years getting a degree that tells them how and where to stop.
>>11305093>"I was only pretending"Not my read at all. Yui is a bonafide sociopath filled with snakeblood and it is a little surprising that I've not seen any streamer keep her alive for the obvious utilitarian value that brings. The phone thing also means she's keeping her plans at sociopathically reasonable aims instead of going full chuuni, I expected her to attempt and fail at a daring daytime heist instead of just trying to rough Rin up a bit.
>why does he have trauma from pissing on an anthill thoughRepression, not trauma. Most people do repress their own sadistic urges. And it is unrealistic, and poor writing. The more realistic way would be a reformed bully even if then there's no ironic karmic cycle punishment aspect to the size situation. Child logic can get weirdly intense on issues of morality tho. Especially if he was taught to actually believe in some of the old Japanese stuff about kami and reincarnation and buddhist ironic hells, though there's no indication that he ever was raised like that. I think we're supposed to focus more on the idea of the guilt complex and on Rin's role in surfacing the weird psych shit than on the specifics but that is lazy writing and does require correction in the feature film adaptation that Netflix will no doubt fail at making.
>Clara's crazyYes, and yet I was still starting to think that she wasn't crazy enough given how many normalscum seem to think she's the voice of reason and the only sane or relatable person.
The choices that you do have in the game need to matter more. The meaningful choices cant work if the game didn't force your hand and mortally enforce those choices in the early game. People keep faceplanting into the giant male ending just because they become too cowardly or jaded to understand that the rules are socially arbitrary guidelines or to take the leap to believe, genuinely, that Saeko's personality can change. But that meaning is undercut by the lack of consequences for other choices.
>>11302707reminds me of that one story on gtsworld where girl is in army and has to work with girls that can turn giant to fight giant bugs
>>11305106>Yui is a bona fide sociopath filled with snakeblood and it is a little surprising that I've not seen any streamer keep her alive for the obvious utilitarian value that brings.I assume it was because Yui was clearly sociopathic and manipulative. After your interactions with her (making you build the cup phone, crying to get Kina to back off and then laughing at her behind her back), most wouldn't hesitate to feed her to Saeko, especially when the choice is her or Kina.
>>11305106>I was still starting to think that she wasn't crazy enough given how many normalscum seem to think she's the voice of reason and the only sane or relatable person. She comes across as that because she is the most "normal" person in the drawer relative to everyone else. She is the only person willing to actually fight Saeko and protect Rin, fully knowing her resistance is useless and she is going to get herself killed in the process, but she would rather sacrifice herself to protect Rin than wait to be fed to Saeko. I found it hard not to like her, even with the little time the devs gave to her.
>>11305106>>11305340The only normal person in the drawer is Kina. The rest got their brains damaged by shrinking.
>>11305368i need giantess kina...
>>11305368ichi roku nee-san?
>>11305403>>11305368>>11305340Don't get me wrong, I kept Kina on my first run too. The thing is that, first, it's the moral but impractical decision, and second, it is an extraordinarily universal choice. People who normally do "evil" or "intentionally incorrect" runs on management/rpg/sim games keep Kina. People who were intentionally doing an evil playthrough on THIS game kept Kina (example: Mono Monet).
Kina's a brash, straightforward troublemaker with no respect for you or Saeko or anyone else. Saeko's shown you what that attitude will get you during your first and second conversations. Kina is also not a team player, not even to advance her own ends--she even talks about driving off all of her own fans. She's a likeable liability. The biggest argument in her favor is that the game gives her very obvious character development over a small time period and that tends to suggest she can go from liability to asset. Kina would be a lot of fun to have as a giantess girlfriend, like Emilia from Macross 7, but that's not the position you're in.
Yui's a detestable snake. Her smile doesn't reach her eyes, and she smiles just the same. As an office snake she's adapted to working in a high pressure environment in which she is not in charge, and is used to manipulating those who are, from that position of powerlessness. The game has already shown you that that is what will earn you rewards, either by granting you a gingerbread man prize or by showing you the unclaimed prize in the dictionary that you could have earned if only you had the temperate courage to push at Saeko in appropriately mild ways. That gingerbread man is the key to understanding how to get the good endings, too--you need to develop emotional leverage. Yui is also very much a team player--she leaps at the chance to perform the repetitive labor of unwinding the string for you, tells you that she's good at handling tasks like that. She's token evil teammate material.
>>11305093>>11305340my thoughts re: clara v. godzilla.
Out of all the drawer girls, Clara's the closest overall to Saeko. The differences between her and Saeko are extremely important because she is so close. She thinks she's the heroine instead of the villainess. BPD vs. APD, and that bigger bitch stole her Favorite Person. Nobody except her Favorite Person is human to her, not before the drawer and certainly not afterwards, but even though she tells Rin she doesn't care about anyone else she still gets herself killed in order to embody the valiant heroine, in order to hold onto the relationship. She's used to USING people, and threatening them (if ineffectively with what is essentially a magic curse in a chain letter about an urban legend). She's too comfortable with the idea that she can "make use" of Saeko before the moment of revelation, the difference with Saeko being she uses people socially rather than directly. Clara's utterly delusional where Saeko is very stable, grounded, immediate and realistically minded. Yandere v. yangire. They're perfect character foils because they move on the same axii from opposite directions.
That's why Clara's the most appropriate character for gentle-gtsificiation.
I think we're going to see a lot of misreadings of the game from neurotypicals because they're going to get the false impression that what happened to Rin is Stockholm Syndrome, and that's because they're going to/have already misread Clara. Saeko didn't mindwipe Rin to condition him to need her, she mindwiped him to make that stop. We don't hear every detail about Clara/Rin but we see enough to know their codependent red flags were probably the real reason she was exiled all the way across the planet for half a decade and was still obsessed upon return. Kazu talks about Stockholm Syndrome but that's because his character trait is that he's aimed at the truth but far out of his depth, and has no idea how deep the disturbing truths he faces really go.

But, I can say for me at least, for the probably nobody who cares, that I've been primarily focusing on my non-giantess writing.
Life is still busy, actually extraordinarily busy, but I've been more committed to writing and have been outlining and plotting out longest giantess story I'll ever undertake and the one I hope to be associated with. The issue with that is that it's going to be really long. (4 years of college and there are character arcs for each semester). I won't post it until I have enough to be able to post regularly for it (so don't expect it for a couple of years honestly).
There's a novella I have that's Christmas themed that I want to put out at least the start of this December. (If it's not done, I'll only post one chapter because I'd like to put out the chapters in 5 day increments leading up to Christmas.)
I haven't given up the passion, but it is harder to fit in and justify spending time on giantess writing when I have so many other things going on.
It's also harder for me to do giantess writing when I've been following my friend on a quest to become a better writer and truly write rich characters. So, it becomes extra hard to do a lot of scenarios when I've studied how people would act now.
I would like to return to my giantess writing and have plans to later in the year.
Things pile up (Intheliar - if you read this, I'm sorry I still haven't sent that email to you, I started the draft ages ago and something just kept coming up) and it's hard to keep up sometimes. Especially, when I have a problem where I keep signing up for new things.

>>11307677People's personalities cannot change nor be changed in real life. You can't fix her, no matter how little is broken. Personality disorders are treated by behavior modification, not personality adjustment. People's behavior, unlike their personalities, can be subject to some modification provided external reinforcing force and coercion are involved, either in offering and then coercively withholding reward or the direct coercion of force and restraint. All forms of coercion requires the ability to exercise superior force. If you do not have leverage over the giantess then reform is impossible. Gentlification requires tinydom.

Oh, for cert, 'tis not said here yet that ye wouldst bring the elfmaid's low through this cold iron snare, yet I have seen time and again how these threads run through the weave of fate. And were there some other of the greatfolk of whom you spoke, whether asa, vana or old jotnar, you would know to consult first the intercession of fair alfheim.
Tell me, in what wise hath thy race's elfin sisters ever done thou wrong? Wouldst that I knew, I should bring thee redress. Yet it seems that amongst manfolk, tis crime enough that in the dawn of the world when the song of youth stirred our hearts together, that some elfmaids had lifted man far above his place on the earth and held him to their breast 'til they learned some of elvenesse's wisdom and beauty. Tis little crime by most reck that an elfmaid's kiss could crown a man a hero and king in the old days ere the waters crashed low the old world.

I reread some of Greenanon's stuff, and somethings been bouncing in my head, especially from Power of Stellar Women, The Bigger They Are, and Halloween at the Cuddle Tax Office. They give an alternate take on the "giantesses take over the world" scenario. A cruel giantess would conquer by stepping on tanks and swatting planes until the world's governments surrender, and then make them all build statues of her and worship her feet or whatever. But the giants in these stories aren't interested in violent dominance or breaking down the old world order. In fact, they're fine with everything pretty much being the way it is: people have jobs, pay rent, governments still exist. It's just that it's all kind of irrelevant now. The old power structures don't need to be destroyed because there's nothing they can do to threaten the giants anyway. And the more I think about it, I find it hotter than "normal" giantess conquest. She doesn't need to crush anything because what she says goes regardless. It's her world, and we're all just living in it, and she doesn't want to break the world because it's hers, and she thinks the little people are cute. A lot of gentle stuff is about peaceful coexistence, but here, the giantesses have absolute power and everyone knows it, they're just... still gentle about it.
Does this train of thought click for anyone else? If I can get my thoughts together, I want to try writing my own story along these lines.
>>11308382So much of what appeals about this fetish is the idea of "casual dominance". A girl not even needing to put in any amount of effort to completely overpower and dominate you, your army, your society, whatever
This applies to all aspects of the fetish. Some of sorenzero's best work is girls dressed in basic white girl clothes destroying a city without even trying. Unaware is largely about being so insignificant that you're dominated unintentionally
>>11308382Commissioned both "The Bigger They Are" and "Halloween at the Cuddle Tax Office" from Greenanon, would love to see more stories with similar ideas. I miss him.
>>11307450That was me, I thought I had put my name on it, but guess I didn't.
>>11307620Thank you.
>>11307909Fundamentally, there is nothing constraining how a giantess story has to be. It's a trope/worldbuilding tool. And yet, it's hard. How do I balance the scenarios I want, while having well written characters and the reasons not seeming completely contrived.
What started as a silly hijinks idea that would have probably been super filled on writing.com (A RA can be shrunk if someone with the corresponding gene thinks about him getting shrunk at the same time. He's an RA for an all girl's wing, oh wow, who could guess what will happen.) There's a pair of twins (originally who cares about their backstory as long as they make fun situations to read about...but not anymore) who were put up for adoption as babies, then at 4 their adoptive parents died in a car crash. They lived in an orphanage, they got in a bunch of foster families for a bit, but no one really could handle twins and they felt they were bad luck because the first parents died. The girls finally enter a family at 9, they were there for over half a year - the mother got pregnant and didn't have enough money for them and her new kid. So back to the orphanage.
Finally at age 13 they got adopted for real and have been with that family since. But, the emotional scars they have play out differently in them. One has major attachment issues and wants every authority figure to love her and is afraid of ever messing up. The other has so many emotional walls to make sure she doesn't let in anyone who will hurt her.
There's another set of characters where I'm planning out the relationship to make it so great and the readers so attached that it hits just as hard when they break up for (circumstance reasons that would spoil it).
Quite frankly, I want this story to be huge, I'll be putting "Who Said College Was Easy" on every writing site I can think of.
>>11308855But, honestly the story is just for me. It genuinely is a case of this is for me, this world is for me to explore all the unresolved feelings I had about college not being what I thought it would. Even though I'm happy with my life and how it's going, nothing happened how I thought it would. So, my only chance is to write about it. But, I can't write it under my main name, people I know in real life would realize too many things. Besides, it was birthed as a giantess story, so I feel it should stay one.
>>11307909I think you can write and feel like Hemmingway if the focus is a story with size stuff, not a size stuff story - if that makes sense. It's like writing a story about magic, if that's all the story is about then it won't be memorable unless it's incredibly cool magic (which is hard since so much is done) as opposed to focusing on the characters and magic is a part of the world.
>>11307936Thank you. I was very burnt out, but I learned the importance of sleep and I'm better. I just happen to be extraordinarily busy right now. (Honestly, I shouldn't even be here typing this. But, I wanted to write out my feelings for a bit).

I finally switched from using NovelAI in SillyTavern to a "real" model (DeepSeek R1) and the RP is ruining me all over again...
Since I wanted to test out the smarter model, I went with a more complex scenario that I usually do. I set up a basic worldbook for Felarya and played a native Felaryan elf girl who is discovered by a human woman from Earth that grew into a giantess when she was teleported to Felarya
Of course she's a plump MILFy type, big appetite, kinda tomboyish, the works
Then with only a little bit of coaxing I was able to play through her initially gaining my trust, meeting and tentatively befriending a stereotypical giant naga, and finally her descent into becoming a predator, with all the emotional conflict of balancing her promises to protect me with, well... being a giantess in Felarya
It's the exact kind of story that teenage me would browse endless forums and DA pages in the hope of finding, and only caught glimpses of a few times. And now I've just popped it into existence with this machine and I don't know what to do with myself.

Is this the most autistic fetish? Not throwing shade, I'm genuinely curious how this one ranks up compared to other "out there" kinks. In terms of bad art, writing, and acting I can't really think of anything else that encompasses all three... and people really jerk off to this.
>>11315773>Is this the most autistic fetish?you know nothing
>>11311330I look at this image and think to myself "God I wish that I had that view while I'm slaving at this factory, even if only I could see her..." and then I find myself regretting this fetish.
God I feel lonely...
>>11315773Is this the most retarded post? I bet it jacks off to vore (which is actually the most autistic fetish).
>>11315869nah, the most autistic fetish is the dude that kept commenting on some girls dancing vids asking her to do more high kicks and twirls. Just that- high kicks and extra footwork. and he made the same comments on every video she made.
Meanwhile, more biggo cuddles.
>>11315773Do you mean Gentle Giantess or the size fetish in general? I also don't really think most of the art here looks bad at all but that might be because its generally improved a lot over the years(I'm in my early 30s and got into size shit via Karbo in the late 2000s).
>>11315773I think that some of the bad writing habits I have are the result of so much bad writing I've read across giantessworld and writing.com
It's crazy looking at old stories I loved when I was starting high school and seeing all the mistakes in them.
It's a good thing for people to be able to post their writing for free, but it's clear that some people won't spend any time trying to improve or edit their work at all.
>>11315645big girls in frilly lolita outfits are perfection.
>>11315773>Is this the most autistic fetish?Fetishes are inherently autistic because of how intensely focused you have to be on them to the detriment of other sexual aspects. That said, from my interactions with other sizefags, 9/10 are on varying degrees of the spectrum.
>In terms of bad art, writing, and acting I can't really think of anything else that encompasses all three... and people really jerk off to this.nigga that's every fetish. Sturgeon's Law is universal in all creative fields, and fetish stuff is no exception. You become more aware of bad content because you are more involved in the fetish. Anyone peeking their heads in will usually only see the top 1% of content.
>>11314426A Karbo 2017 image, very nice pull up... would love a continuation to the story! Clumsy and gentle is so hot.
>>11315773If I make something I do it knowing it's not for everyone and leave it at that. Even if size content is super autistic you can always just not look at it.

>>11318411I've had a thing for older women since I was like 11, I'm late 30's now. One of my first crushes was a substitute teacher that we had all the time. She was in her 40's and I used to fantasize about being made to stay after class to rub her feet then being shrank to continue, then being put in her pantyhose/shoe and taken home. Probably the reason I have a thing for teachers too. What you said as well, plus authority lmao
>>11306991three possible reasons
1. The man (or woman) who made the uniform policy was either a perverted tiny, a perverted normal, or didn't consider having tiny workers in the office
2. The normal OL is a pervert and wants tinies looking up at her skirt
3. HR is run by anti-tiny normals who want them all fired, so they made it extremely easy for tinies to get fired for sexual harassment and encourage the women of the office to wear skirts to further this goal
>>11318755I developed a thing for older women around the same time as I developed a thing for OL. It started with this one lingerie model wearing a black lace bra and a pencil skirt, but when I was brought to the Vice Principal's office one time (don't even remember why) I couldn't stop staring at her pantyhose and that was when both my OL and mature fetishes started.

>>11307450Well, I'll be waiting on that email, but there's a chance it'll just get lost in the inbox because spam doesn't always go to the spam box. I should mention I am (for some indeterminate amount of time) on the Giantessworld discord if you or anyone wanted to contact me. (Which isn't likely because I'm like a C rank writer and way too inactive)
I actually haven't lurked the gentle thread in about two months so it's a surprise to see my name get mentioned even this much later. And I've been building up energy to try and write something, anything, again (very difficult to collect that sort of mana)
But I also sense the Gentle thread feels less popular than it used to be (it used to feel like more of a novel concept and maybe we all just grew accustomed to it) doesn't mean we don't enjoy a gentle interaction here and there. It's a slice of a niche community, and while I'd love to see it become more popular, I won't hold my breath for it.
But to all writers, take care of yourself before trying to write. You can't write when bills or assignments are due, or you let mental burnout kick your ass.
To the readers and lurkers, you're the lifeblood of it all. Most writers began as readers or lurkers. It took me years before I felt comfortable enough to try. Comments, reviews, or even view counts all help in their own way.
The rare instances I put out anything, it isn't for popularity or commissions. It's because I remember being younger and reading gentle(ish) stories and loving how they made me feel on the inside--Like a warm dessert made of text.
I want to be tiny and train horsegirls and it's deeply unfair that I cannot

The trees of our races hath grown estranged in separation, and now is seen that thou hast forgotten the sheltering thy kindred were afforded by thy place in our shadows. Methinks such overweening pride ought be bought with nobler mien. Or greater stature.
Twas oft remarked that by the hot blood of midgard, the dispassion of alfheim seemed cold of heart. Mayhap it be true. Yet I say now, though our hearts have learned temperance in excess, within those hearts be room enough for both our worlds. The coolness of an elfmaid's heart be not so marring a flaw as the pettiness, the smallness of the heart of man.

>>11322713>>11322844...aye then. Though I am riled to wrath by thy reproachments most risible. Still I admit, some unsoothable soth is seen, though most sottishly struck at. As thou hath even in thy churlishness minded thine manners well enough to address myself with the full formality of "you," and as a common goodman ought, hath never objected to receive the common "thou" in exchange, I shall mind my own place as thy dame inductor.
Twould be unbecoming to set forth full sooth. Sufficiently shall I say, then; there is for each of us a work which we may reach once, and having held in hand our own hearts, know that we shall never hold alike again. I know not what the highest esteem in art is known to manfolk. Men belike misjudge alfheim, for though our magic and might be unequalled in the nine realms, yet in our hearts, the highest art is in the upliftment of man. Still we sing of the elf-bourne; even those of whom you know. Alike our people know Man-King Aelfred, rede of Morgaine, become the bane of the Danes.
And I in that art excelled.
By my heart moulded, my mortal man, that treasure incomparable, was Wayland. Poor, sweet, wayward soul! Mayhap sad rumors of his fate echo even now in midgard. Would that I had never found that crippled youth, or, having discovered him, had never deemed his wounds mended and heart eased. Yet he became whole, hale, and hearty, and happily did he descend from mine embrace to the surly grip of midgard. Hear me now! The tears of old elvenkin flow not silently. The night breeze of midgard shall carry my sorrowing sighs.
How can hands which once held Wayland hold another dear? How can hands that released him, set him on his path, presume to heal, to help, to hold? Unhappy hands, unheld in ages--hands unworthy, wavering with ruth. Tinyless? Aye, would that they were not. Tinyless? Aye, would that they had always been so. Happy Wayland, by my craft unbroken--hapless Wayland, by my craft undone. Widow-hearted hands.
