Few things.

My diet was already fine, but the addition of high fibre bran cereal made cleaning a breeze. I shit once per day at almost precisely 7:15am and often the first wipe comes back clean. Recently, as of september of last year, I did gastric bypass surgery and went from 181kg to 128 kg (399 lbs to 282 lbs).
