Rule34.xxx has a good amount of content. It's biggest issue is that they don't maintain consistent terminology. The whole point of indexing is make the tags usable for search because you can click a tag and find other posts with the tag but if you look at any rule34 post it's filled with like 12 redundant tags, none of which will cover everything that it should. The general tags end up being worthless. Danbooru's tagging system is mostly maintained by a legion of autistic taggers that go around retagging everything to use the same tags so instead of having to throw tags together like "( mature_female ~ milf ~ older_female )" like you do on r34, so you just end up having one mature_female tag that covers everything. I do tend to use rule34(xxx) for myself. The problem with it is that it's not in the dataset and a lot of artists have way more images there than danbooru or e621. Sadpanda is in a similar position too.
Ihcaris is a recent example of this. Came across them on exh and wanted to use their style in a mix. There's plenty of art on rule34 and a gallery on sadpanda but only some 50 images on e621 and nothing on danbooru.
If I really want a new artist for something specific, like animal dicks, lip definition, or bellies, and search for those tags and start checking out artists. If you're lucky you can find a neat new style to employ, but most of the time it's just a matter of finding one artist with enough posts to posts to get that specific trait to appear like you want and using them at low weight whenever you're doing that specific thing.

I don't use the inpaint sketch in the sense that I use the sketch funktion and then transfer the sketched image into the masked inpain tab to redefine the area to be changed. But I do use the sketching itself a lot. Changing stuff in PS I usually use to move characters/arms copy elements from one gen to another. Slap it into img2img afterward.
