As another anon pointed out, this is not how female sexuality works. This is just male sexuality with the object of desire switched around. Female sexuality works fundamentally different from the ground up, it's not just "liking dick instead of pussy".
(Note that everything I say here is a generalization and a simplification and while it does have truth to it, it can only encompass one part of what any given individual will feel and experience).

Generally with women, they need to feel desired by someone else in order for them to really unlock their own sexual desire. You need to adhere to reality on some things, but you have wiggle room on others.
Obviously when we're talking about stories with magical gender transformations (that somehow manage to replace only some parts of your psychology while also leaving large parts of your previous memories/personality intact) then any talk of "realism" can only be realism in qualified sense. But generally I prefer for authors to try to have characters react in a reasonable way to the things that happen to them. And especially when the author is showing that they really just don't understand how women think and act, I have a harder time getting off to it.

I’d say that a page 1 TS CAN work, if the character only functions with constant references to a past life and the confusion of a new body is part of it, but then that’s flashback material.

Maybe I should say you can choose to omit certain things. You can omit how exactly a penis becomes a vagina. You can downplay why the protagonist didn't go straight to the hospital. 180cm (M) -> (X/1.08) -> 166.7cm (F)

Yep, that's me. Idea was some hapless neet wakes up in this world as the closest biological equivalent allowable in this universe (so the most lunar moon imaginable basically), and would experience life as the "female" in a mono-gendered world that still insists on having genders anyway. The tone would be in the same vein as "the world of moral reversal", in that he'd constantly bump into weird sexual mores that would be unbecoming of a moon, like openly expressing attraction to a sun when he should be cool and aloof, trying to escape his moon designation by dressing tomsunishly (a classic and beloved moon trait in this world), getting too heated during a game session with other moons which leads to his chastising, things like that.

I got kind of caught up on the biological mechanics of the setting and kind of forgot to write an actual story though, then forgot about it for a bit until now. Kind of touched someone felt it was neat enough to be worth a screencap honestly.
