Well, yeah, it could just be seen as straightforward, but there are ways to make it more interesting. For example, there's two very obvious routes for perception of the two "sexes".
Maybe the femboi sex is considered childish, irresponsible and driven entirely by lust, but the milfboi sex is considered smarter, wiser, and more mature. So you'd end up with a society where fembois are basically treated as eternal (horny) children and milfbois run everything, perhaps with an emphasis on constitutional ara-araing to guide fembois into being "productive, good for society" milfbois.
On the other hand, maybe it's the other way around. Maybe it's the fembois who are considered the "men" of this world, and milfbois are considered to be slutty homemakers, ruled by their "pregnancy brain" and only concerned with taking dick and making babies. So you have a kind of sexual Russian Roulette going on, where casual sex is embraced, but you do so knowing that if you get pregnant, you'll end up being treated as basically a woman in Stereotypical 50s America for the rest of your life.
Either take gets more interesting if there's some truth to the stereotype, of course.
And then there's the aspect of just how pro-fertility the world is. If fembois really struggle to get knocked up, then milfbois would naturally be idolized as the pinnacle of sexual desirability and there's a big cultural push encouraging bois to get knocked up as soon as possible. On the other hand, if bois are plenty fertile, then there may be a cultural push emphasizing responsibility and control over one's lust, with milfbois being seen in a similar way to porn stars or hookers.
And there's always room for rejiggering the milfboi transformation. You could, for example, add in a dash of amazonification, so a dainty little 4ft twink might eventually turn into a 7ft tall voluptuous shemale amazon who can make any boi shi wants into a daddy or a mommy at at hir whim.
