I had the same problem; your cage is a bit too tight for you right now, and you're squeezing out of it. I used bandaid folded to cover the hole, with one of the adhesive strips folded over itself and tucked between my balls and the cage to keep it in place.
It'll take a little bit for you to (temporarily) shrink down to fit inside without the squeezing problem, but you'll eventually stop sticking out so much as the tissue 'deflates' more.

The Holy Trainer v4 and v5 alleviates this issue somewhat by having a flared out 'lip' around the cage mouth which protects the sensitive tip, if you do decide to get a new cage.
