Honestly the only way that could be any better in terms of fantasy, is if the initial transformation was something relatively minor and the gradual personality shift also came with a gradual physical shift. Lamia or dragon girl, I guess? One of the things I like in monster girl tsf is the way the eyes change, though that's more in visual media than written stuff. Beyond that, I enjoy the dichotomy of becoming a woman, but also becoming physically stronger.

Slime girls are a strong contender for second place. Comes with natural shapeshifting so the guy being transformed can still try to assume a male shape, but ultimately defaulting to female still. Bonus points for being a type of creature that doesn't even need holes to get fucked. With a possible side of fluid-dependency a la Succubus.

Hellcats or werewolves are also nice, but catgirls are just kitsune with less mysticism and charm, and a bit more light-hearted instinct.

And in the werewolf's case? That's a fool's errand and guaranteed to end poorly, especially with some L level autist on your tail. Still, for the sake of discussion...

Regardless of difficulty, I get a deGoogled phone and try to install the app on that. There's zero chance of avoiding quick capture outside of easy mode without that.

Easy mode: stick to transforming women only. I could do something minor like changing the shape of her nipples and giving her a desire to screw me. There'd basically be no changes to report so no one would look for me. It's cheap but follows the rules as written, as would just transforming myself if I wanted to be really cheeky. If I can use the camera on the same person multiple times this also let's me enjoy my TF fetish and then (mostly) revert her when I'm done so no harm is done anyway.

Normal mode: use camera to disguise myself, then stick to transforming effeminate men, making minimal changes to qualify them as female. Do it right and they may not even notice anything for a few hours, broadening the number of people who could have done it. This isn't really any fun for me though.

Hard mode: use camera to disguise myself as a different person each time and transform people into women I'd like to bone. This would be done from the largest distance possible, ideally from outside of major events where lots of people are gathered. I'd want some kind of zoom lens for my phone.

Good taste. I really do miss those classic RAGS-style games where you start as an obnoxious, cocky guy who gets thrown straight into the deep end by being transformed into a girl all at once. None of that gradual sissy bullshit where your character is already kind of feminine or submissive at the beginning, stuck with a dick for most of the game, and needing to "accept" the changes in order for them to progress.
I'd rather get right into the character mentally struggling to deal with the transformation and trying to fight against it while the world constantly subjects them to sex-based humiliations. Feels pretty rare nowadays.

It's TADS 3 instead of RAGS, but Through Sophie's Eyes is also pretty underrated. I assume people get filtered by needing to manually type commands like "forward" and "examine X", but it's worth a play or two.
