Take a moment asking "where was I, what was happening a moment ago" and fix as many memorable details into your conscious awareness. Then go to write them down. Remembering the anchors will allow you to reconnect to the dream experience. If there are discontinuities, scene changes, or otherwise separate dreams, it is important to have at least one anchor in each dream you want to remember. (2) curate your dream records. Think back on the experience of those dreams. Archive or delete ones you are not interested in. Return to ones that hold details that you enjoy or are curious about. (3) to catch even more dreams you need to wake up, anchor, and possibly write more frequently. This can be accomplished with multiple alarms in the morning, or switching to bi-phasic sleep aka having a nap during the day or waking in the middle of the night. This may impact your sleep quality, so probably only do it some of the time, either every day for a week or two every month or two, or once or twice a week.
I've experimented with lucid dreaming, and it is cool, but I haven't had much luck using it for horny purposes. I may explore it more in the future, but for now I'm more interested in "catching" natural dreams, dream incubation, and creating dreamscapes while in wakeful meditation.
Good luck, please let me know if you have interesting successes or failures.
