Can I have feedback on this game concept / gameplay loop?

I plan on using unity and have it playable on PC and PCVR.
To get her attention first just reach certain locations markers on the level, later attack her in a way that pleases her.
IDK how I would make the H-scenes interactive but I do there could be a reward like you can ban the item or clothing she trapped you in for her as to progressively undress her.
Growth will happen too but I'm not sure when, possibly after she takes a certain amount of damage or based on a successful H-scene.

Could be decent in 2D, sounds awful in 3D. In 2D you can get away with super simple tween'd animations, and in 3D you can't. If the animations in 3D aren't good, then there's little incentive to get the reward for completing a challenge. Animating something in 3D is difficult enough, and now you want to add 3D VR programming on top of it. I'm not saying it can't be done, only that the effort required to make something like this is probably not worth the cost.

It will be difficult making the game fun enough to play in of itself. You're probably better off just making an interactive scene viewer in Unity/Unreal. That way you still have the VR option, you can do some basic scripting for interactivity, but you don't have to program an entire game on top of a bunch of H-scenes.

The giantess will definitely be able to recognize the player, I'm just not sure if I like the idea of spawning you as the same actual same tiny as the plan is every npc will have access to different areas.
She could recognize you psychically, in simplest terms she'd always know who and where you are or if I come up with a more sophisticated system the psychic connection could also depend on her attitude towards you. I'd have to come up with a good system eventually.
The psychic aspect also gives the option of telekinesis and psychic domination where she makes you do something.

I know programming and 3D modelling but have very rudimentary drawing skills.

But you're right that animating everything will definitely be a challenge. As a cop-out I could always do things like have her teleport you into the cage instead of picking you up.
As mentioned she'll also have psychic powers.
Regarding H-scenes I'll probably only do one or two at first per size, at first she'll use your body at larger scales the container she puts you in. Or you get to control a contraption or weapon you attack her sensitive areas with.

Also the main gameplay loop should be rewarding on it's own, at least for me watching a rampaging giantess in tiny pov is very arousing.
At least there animation is easy as there's enough sexy walking and stomping animations on mixamo already. There the main difficulty is to get good looking destruction.
I want to incorporate actual physics simulations too but I'm aware that's very technically complex to do.
If I fail at this I'll just do the usual "move building into the ground" thing.

The biggest problem is that if you let the player move freely, canned animations will have a ton of trouble adapting to it. Simply grabbing or squishing the player is nearly impossible much less anything else. You'd need procedural animation which would probably need some incredible AI advances to make natural looking. It doesn't exist now. 2D is much much easier but of course you lose VR appeal.
For VR I think the successful approach is to follow the ResizeMe immersive VN model. You could certainly do better than them with things like hand tracking to climb stuff etc but you're ultimately stuck with pre-scripting. Even that is hard enough for one person.

GlitterInvitation already has something rudimentary like this, you can play "tag" with Alice and Aoi where they run after you and try to stomp you. It's a little janky but that's ok.
I also have a few ideas on how to make that better. There's common algorithms that intend to estimate the position of a moving object (the player) in the future and I can adjust the step size she takes slightly so she can conveniently stomp the player once she's close enough. Also I can tweak the final stomp by blending in a procedural generated path just for the IK bone of the foot so it lands on the right place.
Picking up could work similarly but is more complicated. It's also not a big deal if the player moves out of the area during the end phase, the giantess could simply return to the previous state and try again later.
And it could be incorporated into the gameplay that gives you some achievement points or spendable resource if you escape a snatching or stomping attempt.

Yes ResizeMe is one of my inspirations, I really liked the climbing stuff just it was too clunky implemented in VR. Any climbing mechanic I'll do will use the grip buttons and you can just move your hands naturally.
My other inspiration is GlitterInvitation, I really like that but I don't wanna copy it's approach it's more narrative driven I'd like my game to be more sand-box/ open worldly because it more closely matches my abilities.

I'm planning to implement both not sure what will be implemented first. Shrink would be easier for the sake of not needing destruction, but I'd have to probably model a whole house or apartment where everything takes place and think of clever ways for tiny interaction with objects. Macro will be easier in terms of the environment since a city can easily be made with procedural generation but again destruction and it could get boring if everything is just procedural so I still would have to do some manual level design to break up the repetition.

That's what I actually enjoy most both playing GI has the Tank game with Gulliver, the ship game with Aoi and the previously mentioned playing tag games.
Minigames are also the aspect I enjoy the most about coding.

Check the "Girl Who Shrunk the Neighbors" game. The game loop in that game is horrible, but what's good about that game is that you can really feel the scale and you get to "explore" the body of the giantess. Instead of getting her attention and being locked in the cage, i think the better idea would be just to let the tiny climb the giantess and , depending on the reached trigger point (nipple, pants, ass, button of her clothes whatever), start a H scene. Maybe the progression could be that the giantess is "locked" in some kind of animation with that tiny, and you can "posses" a new one and climb her again to bother her more.

The purpose of the cage idea was to let you examine the giantess up close without having do do much in the way of gameplay since you're safe and you can examine her up close from whatever vantage point and also have a good view onto the destruction below.
Being able to climb her would need her cooperation and could take some time or she's distracted/idle giving you an opportunity to do so. But it's definitely a worth implementing for a different kind of h-scene that happens when you're able to reach one of her erogenous zones without being noticed.
You'd have to rely on stealth rather than confrontation which can be very appealing since you can take your time.

But now I get what you mean by the climbing mechanic, You essentially get the abilities of an insect just crawl up a surface.
I can see that as a power-up but I can't really think of a narrative of why you'd have that ability from the start of the game.

To me it was fun to explore the giantess body that way and i think there is a potential to have gameplay reasons to reach various places on a giantess body. Just played to the point where you have to collect the red rocks. Having transportation options like the fly or ant is a good concept but allowing the player to summon them at will ruins all the potential imo.
I guess something more involved would have been more work. Transportation probably comes on the todo list just not the way it's implemented here. GlitterInvitation did a good job with it in the Gulliver tank minigame. You can drive a tank but you have to run upto it first to hop in.

Only real example I can think of was the Titan Empire, and that was one of my favorite aspects of the story. Gives this weird feeling of helplessness and unfairness against time itself, knowing that the giantess is just going to outlive you no matter what you do, and you will only be a footnote on her life, like that of a dog.

IIRC Saeko also used forcefield type protective magic in the internet stories, for various purposes but particularly to shield her chosen during insertion. Saving Yui shows that even if Clara had a razor sharp blade in her hands while sliding down Saeko's throat she'd be unable to pierce it, unless Saeko chose to allow it. The cops would presumably find their bullets equally stopped by passive protection, unless allowed. Since killing yourself is pretty difficult, emotionally, she'd probably find death by any normal hand unacceptable, but also increasingly finds her own daily life unacceptable per beach conversation. Yui's route is the game's best primer for the Genocide ending, not just thematically but in terms of priming you to sacrifice Clara. The 'concealer' convo leaves the door slightly open for the suicide ending. Atonement ending becomes thematically dissonant with Yui, or even Kina. Shimon is proven fucking wrong when his dying speech amounted to 'I can fix her' so Atonement ending seems just plain off for what is otherwise a bitter story about irredeemable people in an unsalvageable scenario.
