the first number is how many pixels wide the "stroke" is for the bigger text (size 65), and the second number is that but for the smaller text (size 39). the smaller text is 60% the size of the bigger text, so i tried to approximate that in the "stroke" size. the actual numbers may change depending on the image res, but i try to eyeball the proportions of the text to be about the same across every caption

Partially submerged is generally used with water so it's always going to have a water bias, not much you can do about that. Artists do help, finding one that draws their water more opaque can help fudge the transparent aspects. after that it's just RNG to get the image you like.

Prompt for what you want and neg what you don't - if you're on noob or pony, the e621 tags for body figure should also impact the taur body type.
If you want the lower half to be a different flavor than the upper, you might need to do some ~regional prompting~.
