There's a point in scaling up strength where you just kind of have to ignore physics anyway, even the simple mechanics of lifting heavy shit eventually require extra mass that leads directly into gravitational weirdness. If you want a girl to flick her finger at the sky and blow a hole into a star, you'll just have to accept that she's somehow transmitting a physical impact through the vacuum of space, and so on.

Yeah I totally get it. The end goal is always to just convey the "idea" of the immenseness of whatever feat is being described. Scientific bullshittery just serves as the finery for the feat to really impress and sell it to the audience. It's also trickier to do it this way than to simply put the "infinity sign" on a barbell and having your character lift it with her pinky.

I have been working for a while on a light novel about an OP girl in a modern cultivation/superhero setting. It was supposed to be a spin on Chainsawman where Yoru shares Asa's body. But in this case the demon actually makes her insanely strong with some limitations. For example her body can't really handle 99.9999% of the demon's strength. So she needs to workout in her human mode to allow her body to essentially absorb more of the demon power.

The story ran into the hurdles of boredom and lack of imagination. Originally I wanted it to start out as a murder mystery where the girl tries to get back at the superhuman who almost killed her. Recruiting a guy on the way by way of reverse ryona to help her because she isn't that smart.

The problem is you can only express her physical superiority in so many ways without reaching into the abstract territory. I will try to offset it by focusing on the fear factor but I am desperately in need of things she could do besides the obvious "even her breasts are so strong hulk breaks his fist trying to punch her."

I think there's basically three types of feats you have to mix to keep things interesting in the long run. First, the easy and straightforward ones, like punching hard and lifting heavy things. Second, powerscaling - the "hulk breaks his fist" category. And finally, the abstract stuff where the normal workings of physical reality go wonky due to excessive application of force, ranging from things like squeezing coal into diamond to ripping holes through spacetime. The first two serve to clearly establish that she's strong relative to both the reader's intuition and the standards of her own world, while the last one adds a bit of unexpected spice that makes the story far more memorable (just don't lean into it too much, if it's all abstract it eventually starts feeling more like physics trivia than a display of power).
