Gigantic penis is the biggest one on the list, that's usually big enough but you can put more weight on it too. "Also size difference, height difference, tall male, petite, shortstack," and similar tags helps with it looking big and not just take up a lot of space in the composition.

Can someone make a lora from this dataset? I made a few pictures, but at this point I would like to try an alpha to see what to correct.

I'm not sure for the parameters, but definitively no image flip. Ideally I would like to use this lora with Prefect Illustrious v3, or at least a mix of IL 1.0 (which increases the base resolution from 0.1. Otherwise I guess I have to resize the pics).

It's like with everything, some people want different things out of the same activity/hobby. I love 20loras gens but for me the magic of genning purely lies in t2i. While genning I only have one hand free so I'm stuck pretty much only 1girling and high effort gens are out of the question but that's all I want or need anyways lmao.

Only did that once but iirc there's not a big difference between a concept lora and a chara lora. You want as many different styles as possible in your datasset and only tag the things you want to be a variable. There are plenty of tags that might pull you in that direction. Datasets are female focused, so a prompt that's as sparse as yours, 'masterpiece' is really pushing into that direction.
Easiest option to get a real actual male is to throw in 'facial hair' and/or 'musuclar'. Try starting with '1boy, solo'. Using 'short hair' might also help push you out of the usual solo anime girl, too.

Just give it a try and see for yourself if you like how they work. I think the biggest problem really is wanting soles, face, penis, in frame and not have it look like shit. You can have either the feet or the cumlogs, not both.

I posted some old pictures on civitai to get some buzz. The idea was basically "Ch'en Hui-cheh has great jeans", though I couldn't get the jacket to close. Then I tried different jeans clothes loras for fun. They did have an impact on colors though.

Probably. It's my first lora, and it is a concept lora, I don't expect to get it right the first time. But I think if the lora gets the details a little right, it can still make a v2 easier. Yes. I made some of the pictures with NovaFurry, which is actually a great model even for non furry characters. But there are still issues. For example we can notice from your pictures that if you use the word "zipper" it bleeds into the shirt, because in the dataset the word zipper is not really associated to pants. The one in the pants is also more a "front zipper" than a jeans zipper, and often it bleeds into a "crotch zipper". The problem is partly in the original dataset, so it can't really be fixed without a lora.

Aside from that, changing model just for one detail is not really ideal if you like the aesthetic of your model.

Anyway, this here is just one of those concepts that the AI can kind of do, but not particularly well. When I saw a lora for "balls in, dick out", I was skeptical. I thought "covered testicles" should have been enough in most situations. Turns out that sometimes it doesn't really work, so you do need that lora. It is one of those things.

Okay, I see your point now, after using the lora. To be perfectly honest is really don't care that much about the intricate details but I get it. But in hindsight it makes sense to just try to train a lora anyways. As I expected that lora seems very strong in its style bias after a few test gens. I trained it on NAI vpred by accident cause I forgot to change the base model hahaha But it seems to work just fine on eps models, I tested on homosimile. And the lora seems to indeed improve on the zipper detail but it's still gacha and not perfect ofc. Avoiding random zippers appearing on parts of the outfit seems also to be a little more stable. But not sure if the lora caught on the shirt being visible through the fly. Sometimes it just colors the fabric around the fly. Picrel used same prompt from >>11366395 without any artist tags on homosimile. Let me know what you think. I've put it in my share folder in the rentry, does that work for you?

Could very well be that way lol It's been a while since I've updated. The draw shape node is not needed at all. I only use that one when I want a black base image to denoise from for super dark gens, so you can delete that one. Laten upscale and get image size seem to have a comfy core node now. Thank you very much. I will test it more extensively tomorrow. From what I see, the fly seems a little improved. The zipper is still closer to a frontal zipper, though.

Maybe I should try to include some images with a normal "penis out" tag to make the AI understand the difference between the usual output and what I want to get.

For shirt_peek, I think the images were too few for the AI to understand even the difference between a collared shirt peek and a t-shirt peek, but it seems to get the position and the color right. It is not a lost cause. Probably the details were too small in my images, perhaps I should try some close-ups.

There is something I noticed in general. When you use "shirt tucked in", you automatically get high-waist pants/shorts, which leads to a fly placed higher than usual. After I inpainted those pictures, I got a long fly that didn't look the best. One thing I started to do was prompting for a tied shirt and midriff, so I got more lowleg pants, and then inpainted the shirt so that it was tucked in. But I guess overcoming the natural bias of the checkpoints is hard. Anyway, shirt_peek probably comes easier with high-waist pants/shorts because there is more space in that area.

This is normal. One unintended association models make is the size of body parts. Older characters get bigger body parts, and the opposite is also true. Characters who are flat chested tend to be minors.

The first empty latent 1.5x upscale after the selector is to get the right resolution for kohya deep shrink in the base gen. The 2nd image resize is 1.2x for the upscale pass. The other nodes are to get the right tile size for tiled diff.

First one is the base gen, 2nd one is the upscale, 3rd one is a color fix node that's only a cope for high denoise upscaling with vpred models and the final one is with face detailer applied. I've set it up like that to be able to check at each step if the gen fails so I can just cut it short. You pretty much only need the final one.

And if you've got critiques/suggestions for better prompting, I'm definitely willing to hear it. I try to do the base setup and blocking for a scene (reclining on chaise, holding wine, etc.) first and then work the rest of the details together (genital tags together, breast/nipples tags together, face tags together) to build out the character(s) and then move onto environment on a separate line and then finally artist/quality/medium tags to close things out. When inpainting to fix things sometimes I'll purge or readjust where things are in the prompt as I had a bastard of a time getting picrel's feet to look halfway decent.

My biggest critiques are not the way you go about prompting, but rather that you have a bunch of tags that don't exist. I checked if your model was based on illu, it is, so it uses danbooru tags: https://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages/tag_groups.
Prompts like 'sitting room', 'opulent interior', 'watercolor painting \(medium)\,' are not danbooru tags and won't do anything*
Some other tags are not the "correct spelling"
- 'bored look' > 'bored'
- 'soft breasts' > 'sagging breasts'
- 'black ball gown' > 'nightgown'
- 'black nails' > 'black nailpolish'

*but you might have noticed that they still work to some capacity and that's because it's under all of the layers still SDXL so you can use natural language. Occasionally your tags contain parts of tags and you can sort of mix and match the danbooru tags themselves.

- So stuff like 'reclining on chaise' works because the models usually recognize 'on' and it definitely recognized 'reclining', maybe even the first part of the 'chaise longue' part.
- In 'black ball gown' it definitely recognized the colour, (it usually does that and you can often even add 'dark' or 'light' to a colour infront of the part you want to colour e.g.: 'light blue long hair') you did get 'gown' but you basically have 'black gown' and as a side effect 'black ball' in the background.

Sorry for the lengthy explanation but you could cut down on trial and error a lot if you browsed the tag wiki a bit to check out what is an actual tag or not. But remember that you can occasionally mix and match the tags and don't have to adhere religiously. Mostly colours or texture. e.g.: 'wood armor'

Comfyui recommended me to update torch. I did and comfyui stopped working, lol. Had to reinstall from zero.

KEK I feel that. Concept loras are wildly different beast than styles. In my experience the most important part is the actual dataset. Only 50 images with the same style is really not ideal imo. And there are soo many variables with lora training it feels impossible to find the 'perfect' settings. Most of the time 'good enough' is pretty decent already. I feel this version is better, although obviously the dataset needs a lot of improvements.

I kind of expected it, but if you want to see more details inside the fly you better go with a smaller penis. I need to improve the pics with a large penis.

I added a few stealth concepts to the lora. For example "fly_pull" seems to work even despite not having many pictures behind (this hand position is something that the AI came up with on its own, and I decided to roll with it). "Unzipping" however will need a lot more pics before the AI knows where to put the hands (but this is low priority).

Another stealth thing was the shape of the penis. The way the AI draws large penises, they are shaped kind of like a fish, with a meaty middle but narrower at the extremities. This style might work with huge penises in certain perspective, but sometimes the effect is weird. I wanted penises with a more consistent girth (also in light of the fact that sometimes I use a chode penis lora), but perhaps that was not the best idea. Even small penises are a little girthy now.

In the end it feels like there is really a lot to remake, but there are other pics I want to make right now, so it will take time. I will take it very easy.

I had to get a pretty iffy chara lora for her so and in combination with the nezunezu lora her features are quite the gacha and not perfect. And because I had to lower the lora weight since it had a very strong style bias it's all over the place. It was either nezunezu style OR a canon outfit. But maybe it's close enough for you kek

Not sure what you're doing there but it looks like way to high denoise and maybe even too big of a masked area. I'd only mask the actual toes and try my luck like that. There's no need to inpaint the feet completely imo.

Those two help, also negging shiny skin. But the easiest way would be to add an artist tag that has a flat 2d bias. Also avoiding quality tags can help too.

I adjust the denoise up/down as necessary but have have struggled finding a consistent sweet spot. For this gen in particular, if I went too low with the denoise I got good looking results, but it's wouldn't change enough to add the missing toe and too high of denoise and I start getting some of the more wild results from that pic.

I also found that if I inpaint more than just what I need (IE the whole foot instead of just the toes) the AI does a little bit better job adding additional details since I think it can "see" what it's supposed to be doing better. If I mask just the toes, it often gives me crazy results unless I strip down my prompt to the bare minimum, but even then it's not consistent.
