I think you could improve some of the camera transitions, a lot of movement is going on during some key actions. Try having less camera motion during the shrinking and stomping sequences. You could play with a dolly zoom during the shrinking to keep the tiny's on-screen size the same from the camera's perspective. I think a bit of camera shake during the stomp would go super hard.
Otherwise, the timing on the stomp and the panty-snap could be adjusted for a little more impact. You could hold the pre-stomp pose a little longer for more anticipation (also keep the left knee from bending during the leg raise). If you do the same for the panty-snap and make the actual snap much faster with subtle camera shake, I think it'd be super hot.

As far as we know she was legit someone's caregiver and she ended up quitting and deleting her accounts, then after the fact it came out that she was terrible at communicating with her commissioners and didn't end up delivering on several comms that were already paid for.
