As the other anon said, your account was probably “blocked” due to abandonment (more likely than reports), but I think it's worth coming back to DA.
If you don't want to return to DA (or want other sites), I recommend “Pixiv”: It allows you to upload images with ridiculously high quality, has tags such as “belly inflation” or “swollen body,” allows you to organize your gallery by tags, and has a section for uploading stories.
Another site is “Aryion/Eka's Portal.” Unfortunately, it's a vore-focused site, but even so, I don't think you'll have any problems uploading your content (other artists like gachabork or white1st have uploaded little vore and more inflation and have no problems). It's the same as pixiv, but personally, it's a little more rustic like Blogspot.
Some extra advice: Yeah. itaku and bluesky are shit, itaku is dead and bluesky has twice political bots than Twitter.
Don't mind too much the content on pixiv, almost everything they say is true, but to be honest, DA is the big brother when it comes to horrible content.
If you don't like those sites, you can go to Furaffinity as a last resort. Nowadays, it's not common for artists who only draw humans to be attacked. You can leave your entire gallery in “scraps” if you feel uncomfortable.
And those three sites are the only ones where people with this fetish go. The rest of the sites either hate fetish artists or are dead.
